The Libyan Army was rocked by the explosions in Zuwetina, but before they could even come to terms with that, they received news that a significant rebel force was heading towards the port town.
Reinforcement was quickly sent towards the town in hopes of securing their outpost to Benghazi.
This reinforcement had to be taken from Adjabiya. The Army's top brass in the region didn't mind though. In his mind, Adjabiya was surrounded and secured. It was only a matter of time before the city fell to their offensive. Securing their control in Zuwetina was more urgent.
