Suprise!
Two of them walked toward Victor and untied his wrists and ankles, then hauled him out of the bed. He coughed hard and almost fell as a result of exhaustion. For the past few days, he had been given nothing but water.
His body felt numb and his wrists and ankles hurt so badly that they were purple.
The men had him wrap his hands around their neck, then carefully led him out of the house and towards the car.
Amanda glimpsed him through the window of the car and a smile ensued on her face. She signaled to the bodyguards to put him in the car beside her instead of the second SUV.
They yanked the door open and lifted Victor into the car, leaving him to sit beside Amanda in the back seat.
They moved to take their seat in the front chair and the driver started the car engine, then began to drive to another location, followed by the second SUV.

Still in the boot, Selena's nose twitched and her heart skipped a bit. 'He's here.'
