Why are you in my dream?!

Once I had laid out my plan to Altia she had a major cheshire grin going on. "I must admit it's a bit out there, but if this works then perhaps our traditions will change for the better. Although I will miss the taste of Hellcat." She jokes, I just gave her my harshest glare causing her to break out in peels of laughter. While we had been talking I'm not sure when but Shadow had crawled up into my lap and had fallen asleep. "He really does seem to like you." She murmured softly. I could only nod while trying to hide my facial expression. Seemed to like me? He was sleeping in my lap! My inner voice chideded her. I wasn't going to lie though I felt more relaxed and I was getting tired myself. My eyelids felt heavy and before I knew it I had nodded off as well.

I was in a field of flowers. They looked like bluebonnets from Earth. Bending down I studied the flower and realized it was a bluebonnet. I was back home, well to be precise I was in a bluebonnet field that was five miles away from my home. Why was I here? Did I dream the whole transmigration thing? It was so real, I mean that couldn't have been a dream could it? Deb are you there? I called out in my mind. There was silence, no voice in my head, nothing. Until I heard the sound of a yip and looked further down into the field and saw..... Shadow?! Why was he here? I was back home on Earth he didn't belong here, he had to go home.

"Shadow why are you here? This is not Teragaian, go home." I yelled as loudly as I could so that he could hear me. He looked up and grinned and started running over, getting bigger as he came closer. At first he was a small cub but then he grew into an adult and kept growing. By the time he reached me he had far surpassed his mom's hight and was looking down at me with a weird look in his eyes.

"So this is what you really look like then? A human?" He got down and peerd deeply into my eyes. "Your soul is a human, but not one of our world. I knew you smelled different the moment I saw you. I could smell these weird flowers on you." He said as he gestured with his paw. "How is it that you came to our world, and became a Hellcat?"

I couldn't breath, he was too close. His eyes were peering into my very soul and seeing what I had looked like on Earth. He knew my secret. How? Why? I felt as if my chest had a knot in it. I need to calm down and breath. I need to figure out what is happening here. Shadow is not this big, not as I know him now. Also I'm in a filed of bluebonnets, this had been my favorite place to come too when I had been a child. It had always felt magical. This felt off, this wasn't my home. Coming to that realization I looked at the now adult Fox Deer Prince in front of me and scawled at him.

"What are you doing here in my dream?!"
