Operation git gud

When the heroes returned to the palace via the portal of shield hero's hourglass shield, the queen started operation git gud for the three fuckups.

We were all introduced to our two new trainers, Kungfu grandma and princess knight. Princess knight was going to teach sword hero and other sword users in the hero parties about sword styles and how to refine their own. Kungfu grandma was going to teach us how to use life energy for poking enemies to death. Neat!

The three fuckups didn't want to and were throwing a hissy fit, so sword hero challenged princess knight to a match. He didn't believe someone with a lower level than him could teach him anything. The queen agreed to the match and said if he lost, he must train. Sword hero was moving about fast and hitting hard, but princess knight was trained since childhood, so she just barely edged out a win.

We started training and I noticed something I didn't before, the raccoons in the group increased by one. I asked shield boy about it and he said it was raccoon girl's childhood friend. Raccoon boy had a desire to protect raccoon girl and trained extra hard with princess knight and Kungfu grandma.

My party found the training helpful with the seals increased for extra resistance. The biggest gain I had during training was learning how to control the oceans of fusion energy in my body. If you remember correctly, I said it was a fusion of life energy, mental energy, and soul energy and I could cycle it through my body like how cultivators cycle Ki.

I also mentioned that cycling it can strengthen my body, mind, and soul. What I didn't mention was that the amount increases in correlation with how strong all three are. I'm pretty sure you can see where this is going, but just to make it clear it's a positive feedback loop. My strength in each area increases the more I cycle with more fusion energy and my fusion energy increases with more strength in the body, mind, and soul, so it increases exponentially.

I have my seal going full strength all the time and make it work off the fusion energy so that I can keep my strength contained and get used to controlling my strength at a steady pace.

Now I have an internal energy source that can follow me through worlds and to those with no energy in the air.

The other heroes aren't having as easy a time in their training. Most can't sense their life energy, except for suit girl who is doing much better with the A.R.T. sessions, and the idiot heroes start complaining again. I want to get at least one of the three idiots to take it seriously so I think I will target the one I have the best opinion of, spear hero.

Spear hero isn't smart by a long shot, but after I saw him trying to cheer up suit girl my opinion of him increased. I just need to get his head out of his ass, and I think I know just how to do that.

"Kungfu grandma! Can I borrow spear hero for a bit?", I ask her with a happy smile on my face. Sophia knows what I'm about to do, so she gets up after getting frustrated about not having sensed her life energy.

We walk to a secluded area of the castle before teleporting to the woods for a quick training session, our way. Sophia sets the resistance of her seal to match the speed and strength of spear hero and proceeds to beat him within an inch of his life, before I heal him to full health. This cycle of beating and healing continues for a few days with me zapping him to keep him wide awake.

When we return, he has skills with the spear that rival princess knight's skills with a sword and the strength from all that leveling on experience island to match. His gains from meditating have increased because he worked hard clinging to his life during the private training.

The other heroes wanted to escape training under those that aren't even heroes and asked the queen to have me train them instead. I tell spear hero to "train" them in my place and, after a couple hours, they begged the queen to stop the training altogether.

"As long as you stay in my kingdom you will train in preparation for the waves. It will either be by those I have brought here, or your fellow heroes so choose one.", she tells them straight to their face.

"Then let us leave the kingdom!", bow cunt yells back.

The queen wasn't expecting this and knows she can't keep them here against their will, so she agrees to let them leave on the condition they solve the problem of the recent monster attacks in the west.

They agree and are out the door before she can change her mind.

The queen gets a bad feeling that they will fuckup somehow, so she sends shield hero to the north west to investigate the agitated monsters in that area. He agrees and everyone gets in Filo's carriage with the trainers joining the party. Spear hero will be staying behind to get new party members, because his previous one couldn't keep up with him and quit.
