"Heh, Good luck, kid," I smirked at the challenger, relishing in the fact that she just had no idea how making a good omelet actually was. "You'll need it."
Scoffing at my apparent arrogance, the young chef fired up her stove and made the usual preparations using her wok. Oiling up, she made sure that the pan was smoking before she dumped her ladleful of egg into the wok. She then allowed it to set for a few seconds before stirring it the way she saw me do it.
And that was the first mistake she did in cooking her first omelet.
