It was a decent plan. At least, on paper. The one thing the medieval world lacked in terms of warfare was instantaneous communication. The invention of the radio was the best thing that ever happened to a commander since war drums and signal flags; the ability to change tactics and relay orders on the fly being far more invaluable than ace units and superweapons. If this damn thing could work even as remotely well as wired communication, it'll be a massive advantage over our enemies that had power and sheer numbers on their side.
Not to mention the other, more surprising things this baby could do if it worked properly.
"Still, what if you over-shot your abilities?" Lise worriedly postulated. "Suffering from Wesen exhaustion while you're like this could kill you."
"It's not like I don't know my limits," I chuckled. "At best, I'll abandon the other functions of this thing if the drain is starting to get too high."
