Xavier looked down at the blood-covered person below him. His face was so smeared with blood that his features were indistinguishable. However, based on his voice, Xavier asked with some uncertainty, "Yael?"

"Son of a bitch, it's really you!" The man below cursed as he got up. He wiped the blood off his face and said, "Holy crap, if it weren't for me playing dead, I probably would have been done for right here."

"Unbelievable!" Xavier exclaimed, as he stared at the gruesome wounds on Yael Gardner's body. He shouted, "Someone come quickly! This is Yael Gardner! Hurry and clean and bandage his wounds!"

Clearly, Xavier and Yael know each other, and it seems like they have a pretty good relationship!

Gerald didn't make many moves, and Valery didn't seem to have any intention of taking action either. At least for now, Gerald didn't fully trust Xavier one hundred percent.
