The VRMMORPG game Sky World Online was released in the year 2072. Future Edge technologies, The company who is responsible for the creation of the game, has since its announcement of Sky World Online rapidly increased in popularity.

Sky World Online would topple all other VRMMORPG games with its 99% immersion rate. This is a lot for the current technology, as most VRMMORPG are still capped at 95% immersion, that 4% difference means a lot.

In the beginning, many people doubted the authenticity of this and thought that 4% difference does not affect much, but after people experience it for themselves they realise that 4% can mean a world of difference in the VR industries. That helped the popularity of Sky World Online rise once more.

Sky World Online is all about the world Skylarr. Skylarr was supposed to be a complete world, but due to a era of battle between the gods of Skylarr, the world core of Skylarr broke into many pieces that inturn divided the world into pieces.

Before the people who played Sky World Online were transported to Skylarr on an island in the sky, they first had to choose between the factions good or evil for the character creation. Both choices have an influence with advantages and disadvantages.

the different choices for character creation between the factions good and evil is mainly seen in the racial selections and magical affinities available. as an example, it is impossible for an undead player to use holy magic or for an elf player to use necromancy. However, there are exceptions for some races. Such as that a human player can use necromancy with less proficiency compared to an undead player, but can also use holy magic.

For many people Sky World Online was just supposed to be a fun game where each player could create their own kingdom with the end goal of creating a complete world, but everything changed on a day that was later known as Earth's Ending.

In the year 2075, 3 years after the release of the game Sky World Online, something incredible happened. The game and reality became one.

Anyone who has already played Sky World Online was transported to their own island as the character they created. for those who haven't played Sky World Online yet, those were transported as themselves and distributed across different islands. these people were called as refugees and became commoners or slaves of those islands. It al depends on who owns the island core.

All the people who became refugees are spread over all kinds of islands, with all the consequences that can come with it. If you had succeeded, you will end up on a habitable island with a good lord. If you're not lucky, you could fall into an island full of monsters.

But to Stan none of that matters anymore, he's been living in Skylarr as an adventurer for 5 years now. The year is now 2080 and in those 5 years Lucas has made a name for himself in Skylarr as Guild leader of the Guild 'Radiant Light'.

Although 'Radiant Light' is not a big Guild, the Guild does have a good reputation for its many strong guild members, but what Stan never saw coming was that he would be betrayed by the Vice-Guild Leaders of his 'Radiant Light' Guild, who were also his best friend and wife.
