I won't leave you

(That same day, when Ezekiel comes back from his office after making dinner, he finds Lynnon asleep. The plate was put on the floor since she couldn't reach the coffee table while laying down. He places the plate on the coffee table. Suddenly he hears her say something)

Lynnon-" Ezekiel~"

(He looks back at her, but her eyes were still closed. She was still asleep. Well, at least half asleep. She didn't know what she was doing. He gets down on his knees)

Ezekiel-" Is my bear tired~"

(Says to her as he moves her hair out of her face. As he takes his hand off she grabs it)

Lynnon-" You have... big hands.. heh"

(Ezekiel chuckles)

Ezekiel-" Ok, you're definitely out of it"

(Ezekiel begins to stand but then again Lynnon interrupts)

Lynnon-" Wait don't go~"

Ezekiel-" I'm not-"

Lynnon-" I won't get to see you..."

(Ezekiel listens to what she had to say, though she didn't even know she was talking. He goes back down on his knees)

Lynnon-" I won't get to see your- fluffy white hair... and your... beautiful eyes~... heh you have pretty eyes. They're nice and.. blue... like the sky~..."

(Suddenly Lynnon had a sad expression)

Lynnon-" I want... to see you"

(To Ezekiel's surprise, a few tears roll down Lynnon's cheek. He then places one hand on her cheek)

Ezekiel-" I'm right here. Don't cry bear"

Lynnon-" I won't get to see you... if you leave..."

(Lynnon continues to unconsciously cry)

Lynnon-" Please just... stay a little longer..."

(Lynnon held onto his hand. He then began to talk to himself, knowing that what Lynnon was doing just then, the feelings she was expressing, were all her true thoughts)

Ezekiel-" Do you fear that I'll leave you?..."

(Ezekiel stares at Lynnons sad expression)

Ezekiel-" Lynnon... I won't ever leave you"

(Ezekiel leans down)

Ezekiel-" You shouldn't have to worry about that..."

(Then Ezekiel kisses her forehead which somehow made her calm down a bit. Her body and mind just needed to be reassured that he was there with her. He sighs before wiping her tears away. He then stands and this time it doesn't faze Lynnon. It seemed she was now fully asleep. He gently picks her up and walks her to her room. He places her down, looking down at her ankle making sure it didn't get jerked around too much. He covers her with the blanket and looks down at her one more time. A month goes by and Lynnon was finally able to walk, she still had to be careful though, not to put too much pressure on her foot. She walks out into the living room one morning to see Ezekiel walking towards her)

Ezekiel-" Oh. You're already up?"

(Lynnon yawns and stretches almost falling)

Lynnon-" Mhm"

Ezekiel-" Cmon. I made breakfast"

Lynnon-" Like always"

(Ezekiel smiles secretly as they walk down the hall. They begin to eat at the dining table when suddenly, Lynnon gets a text. It catches their attention. Lynnon looks at it while Ezekiel looks at her do it. It was Mei)

[Hey Lynnon! The team and I wanted to see if you wanted to come to our practice this morning. No skating for you but after watching a bit, we have new stuff coming in for some branding that all teams have to participate in. If you'd like, don't be afraid to bring you know who along. We could use some more muscle than just Riku ;p]

(Lynnon takes another bite as she finishes reading)

Ezekiel-" What is it?"

Lynnon-" Mei wants me to come to the practice today"

(Ezekiel shakes his head)

Ezekiel-" No. I won't allow you to go. You have to stay away from skating for a little longer"

Lynnon-" Obviously. I won't be skating so don't worry. She wants me to watch and help with some branding later. I want to go"

(Lynnon takes another bite of the omelet and begins to talk, her words sounding muffled)

Lynnon-" Ya know I haven't gotten to even see someone skate in almost two months..."

(She looks up at Ezekiel with a hopeful face)

Ezekiel-" As long as you aren't skating yourself"

(Ezekiel didn't want to keep her from doing what she wanted but at the same time, he wanted to stay with her)

Ezekiel-" Is it ok if I...um... come along?"

Lynnon-" You want to?"

(Ezekiel becomes flustered)

Ezekiel-" Nevermind, just forget it"

Lynnon-" Well do you?"

(Ezekiel looks up at her)

Lynnon-" You can if you want"

Ezekiel-" ...I'll go"

(Lynnon slightly becomes happy that he had said yes)

Lynnon-" Ok"

(She says with a smile. Her feeling on him felt different at the moment, it felt weird but nice to experience)
