All she ever wanted was what she didn't have growing up. A nice home a good job a loving husband and her children sounds simple right or so you. would think. wrong. it was so far from what she had gotten it had become an unrealistic dream .now she is grown widowed and her children live three thousand miles from her. but to get where she is now you have to go back to the beginning.

summer 1993

Mom's not home again. Of course it's Tuesday mom is never home on Tuesdays . So it's the girls again tonight. she makes them dinner helps with their homework gets them to take their baths and outs the two older ones to bed. but the baby is restless cause of course she slept all day with the sitter. so now while she is tryi g get her homework done all the baby does is cry for attention. with a screaming baby on her shoulder it's hard to concentrate on the paper she is supposed to writing for her history class. putting away the paper she turns her attention towards Addie hoping she can get to stop being so fussy. finally Free two hours of the baby crying and fighting sleep she has drifted off into a fitful slumber. Daisy is exhausted from doing all the things her mother should be doing instead of being out where she is . but at sixteen and a senior in high school she is the oldest and has to pick up the slack of her mom so that the girls are taken care of . cause if not then who knows what could happen .
