Tunnels

"Please tell me I'm seeing things..." Chip says from my side. I shake my head as I try my best to remain calm. "What are they planning to do?" Alec asks in a grave tone. I shrug and say "My best guess? They look like they are making a home under ours... all they have to do is dig up and they'd have a large feast..."

"Are they just building a home or are they building a home in preparation for a large feast?" Alec asks in a dry tone. I snort and say "I'd say you were onto something..." I squint and try blowing up the picture but with all the natural metals and rocks in the ground, the picture wasn't the best.

"These monsters look a bit different..." I say leaning in closer. Alec and Chip begin leaning in as well as all three of us try to make it out. "I can't make them out," I say backing up and blinking several times.
