Clan Assembly (part 2)

When the morning sun's warmth streamed through the window onto Ethan's body. Ethan stopped his practice and opened his eyes. After night's practice, he had stabilized his Fifth Order warrior cultivation.

Leaving his room, in the little yard, Ethan caught sight of the very same half meter sized big rock in the corner . He couldn't resist himself so he walked up to the big rock while lifting his right hand-- battle qi wrapped around his palm as he landed a strike on the rock. The big rock trembled violently as small pieces of rubble crumbled down, scattering all over the place.

On the surface of the big rock, one could see crack lines. Retrieving his right hand while observing the power of his palm, Ethan nodded with satisfaction. As per his expectation, after advancing to Fifth Order warrior, his strength was actually comparable to a late-Seventh Order warrior.

From the little courtyard, Ethan headed towards the Eastern Courtyard.

Not far from his little courtyard he heard several manor guards' gossiping.

"Gee, I heard that Young Lord Mark successfully condensed his battle qi and broke through third stage warrior in just a month! During our time, it took us six months to condense our battle qi and broke through third stage warrior. At this rate, Young Lord mark will be able to break through to Fourth Order warrior in less than three months!"

"I wonder how Young Lord Ethan's practice is going?"

"Young Lord Ethan? Although Young Lord Ethan's talent is not that good, to successfully reach third stage warrior would require at least three or four month's time. That is simply incomparable to Young Lord Mark. To break through to the Fourth Order would be a minimum of one year's time!

So, that little brat Mark was already successful in breakthrough to third order warrior Ethan stood there with his hand behind his back, just like a small-sized adult as he watched the several manor guards walk away.

Looking at the disappearing backs of the manor guards, Ethan headed towards the Eastern Courtyard's hall. Moments later after reaching the Eastern Courtyard and entering the main hall, other than his father and mother, there was also his little sister, Alice.

"Dad, Mom." Ethan called out as he entered the main hall.

"Sit." Alan raised his head indicating to Ethan that he sit at a particular chair inside the main hall, a trace of worry on his face. Sitting down, Ethan found that Alisa's expression was the same as his father's, so he opened his mouth and asked: "Dad, Mom, what happened?"

"How is your practice these few days?" Alan asked moments later. These past few days, Ethan had been training day and night, regardless of the time. Alan and Alisa had of course noticed this, and they felt comforted that Ethan was putting effort into his cultivation.

Hearing his father's question about his practice, Ethan hesitated for a moment, should he tell them the truth? Or should he conceal part of his strength, or perhaps reveal that he already reached Fifth stage warrior?

Seeing his son's look of hesitation, Alan comforted him: "It's only been a month, it doesn't matter if you haven't reached second order warrior- I spent more than month before I successfully Reached second order warrior."

"That's right. Ethan You'll definitely be able to reach second order warrior." Alisa said.

In truth, the two of them seeing the look of hesitation on Ethan's face made them think that Ethan was embarrassed to answer that he had yet to reach second order warrior . Ethan blanked for a moment listening to his parent's words. However, after a little thinking, he went along his parent's line of thought, saying: "Dad, Mom, rest assured that few days later I will surely be able to reach it"

Listening to their son's 'oath', both Alan and Alisa were very pleased.

Although Ethan said that, worry deepened on their faces as they thought about the dubiousness of Ethan's oath. Alan then replied to his son, saying: "Ethan, the day before yesterday,

Mark announced that he would win the Annual Clan assembly!"

Don't worry father, I will perform well in clan assembly.

After saying that, holding Ethan's small hand, he led him towards the direction of the Northern Courtyard.

When they reached the Northern Courtyard, Alex and mark, this father and son, were in the main hall. And the hall is fill with people .
