Shinobi of the Black Blade

Survive, adapt and overcome in the world of shinobis while having a template that gives Jin the full edge lord experience. Jin Kurama the black sheep of the Kurama clan will fall into obscurity or carve out his own path in the harsh environment of the shinobi world. Mc has anger issues. [Rated R-18 for violence, swear language and Gore.] [Warning: No smut] (The progress of this story will heavily depend on the authors mood swings, so save up your powerstones for other stories that you like.) [Also tone down with the power stones on this story. I don't know when I'm going to loose interest and finished this story in the most butchered way possible. I repeat: this story is something I write because I felt like it and nothing else.]

[Jin's first person PoV]

There is an itch running through my nerves, the closer I get to the bandit camp, the more annoying the itch becomes. And I can almost feel my blade growling to be bathed in the blood of my victims.

There are a few tents set up out side of what I presume to be a cave once belonged to a cavebear or the likes. Now occupied by bandits. I'm pretty sure that there is a hidden exit somewhere in that cave.

Plan A, is for me and Kobeni to slaughter the bandits, supported by two of Sakumo's shadow clones. Hokuto and the real Sakumo will search for the hidden exit and eliminate the escaping bandits. As soon as the signal is given, me and Kobeni will start eliminating the bandits that are farthest away from the cave and forcing them to retreat into the cave as a means of escape.

Plan B, will be to blow up the cave entrances and bury them alive if something goes wrong.

The task is easy enough.

I didn't need to wait long until my ears picked up the sound of a dog's howling. That is the signal. I felt my blood on fire like burning gasoline, and I dashed out towards the nearest bandit in a blur.

[Flashback]

Before locating the bandit camp, we arrived at the village that had been suffering under the bandit attacks. What we saw is a sight not pleasant to say the least.

The villagers were mostly cooped up in their withered homes like rats fearing daylight. Some houses were even barricaded. A few newly made graves can be seen alongside the old ones, with a few villagers still morning the dead.

The atmosphere was depressing to say the least. The village looked like it's on the verge of being abandoned. I had a frown on my face the whole time. This situation had irked me the wrong way. These people were living humbly minding their own business, what sin had they committed to be beaten half dead and left to rot? Danzo definitely deserved this kind of fate, but these nobodies in the middle of nowhere didn't. Looking at the newly made graves, I had to wonder if it's misfortune that these people died or simply human savagery that caused this to happen.

Seeing this behind a screen and witnessing it first hand is no doubt different. Any guilt I would've felt from taking the lives of those savages had evaporated, the longer I edged this scene into my mind.

From the few that stayed, we learned the general direction of where the bandits went. Picking up the tracks was no problem for my team, since we had a Hyuga and Sakumo's dog summons.

[End of flashback]

Before the first bandit could react, I slashed my blade through his neck in one fluid motion mid run. Not confirming my kill, I dashed towards the second bandit and threw a kunai towards his face.

(Recommended BGM: MGRR- The only thing I know for real)

The second one had a larger build body and was able to swipe away the kunai with his axe. Ducting under his axe swing I sliced upwards, leaving a deep gash on his right arm and ran past him, stabbing the third bandit in the forearm inhibiting his offensive capability temporarily. The third stumbled back to make some distance out of fear, but got a kunai inbeted in his head.

The rest of the bandits are now fully alert and began to encircle me. Before the large bandit could recover from the shock, I moved swiftly behind him and thrust my sword into his spinal cord, killing him instantly.

One of the bandit began to bark out orders, but got a kunai to the shoulder and started to scream like a pig. Seeing their leader being injured, the bandits moral plummeted. Weaving the hand signs for the body flicker jutsu, I saw a large fire ball is about to come towards me with the bandits surrounding me. Just as planned.

Next second I got out of the encirclement, while more than five of those bandits were burning to a crisp. Kobeni had done an excellent job. Leaping out of the foliage, Kobeni started to throw a barrage of shurikens at the still burning bandits. From the looks of it she already had her one tomo sharingan. It's progress in my books.

Shifting my weight to the side, I casually avoided a spear aimed for my torso. Grabbing the makeshift weapon by the shaft, I yanked the offending bandit off balance and slashed at his skull, my blade cleaving through both of his eye sockets and probably his brain as well.

Another bandit thought he saw an opening and charged at me from what he thought to be my blind spot. Fool, I have already anticipated that. Parrying his poor quality kitchen knife with my sword, I delivered a sideways punch to his jaw giving him a concussion before grabbing one side of his head and yanked it, successfully snapping his neck.

Cutting my way through the ranks of these unwashed bandits, one after another, they fell to my blade. With every swing, I felt my sword is humming for joy at the blood that ran across it's surface. I was like a ravenous wolf running through a horde of sheep, killing one after another relentlessly.

"Wind release: Air slicer."

Weaving hand signs, I used my sword as a focus and channeled my chakra along side the surface of my sword, expelling a sharp arc of wind that sliced through three more bandits, killing them instantly. Next second, their bodies hit the ground. And the corpses only kept piling up.

I don't know from which holes these bandits came from, but I was a individual build for reaping lives since day one. And I god dammed trained day and night till my muscles ripped and regrow.

Grabbing one of the last three bandits that are about to flee into the cave, I swung my blade downwards. The bandit was vertically halved, with both halves splitting apart and falling to the blood stained dirt. Kobeni had just kill another one via a kunai to the throat.

We both looked at the last one running into the cave out of desperation. I would've chased after him, but that is not necessary.

Not a second too late, Hokuto came out from the cave delivering a Juuken strike to the fleeing bandit with utmost distain visible on his face. From the looks of it, they had cleaned out the ones hiding in the cave leading to god knows where.

Sakumo emerged from the cave carrying an unconscious woman in ragged clothing on his back. A few more roughed up women followed him with lifeless eyes. Two even broke out in tears after seeing the sunlight for who knows how long.

Now I could probably guess what put my Hyuga comrade in such hate filled state. And I couldn't help but to agree with his sentiment. These bandits are nothing but savages, there's no need to feel anything for them.

AN: This story is Back. I was actually going to wait until June. Know what, I'll start writing the next chapter in June instead.

In this story I will most likely kill off some characters for the story's sake in the future.

Thank you all for reading and have a good day.
