The Death And Rebirth

"Leon, your big sis and bro are here with you. Brother's here. Let's go, Grim," I say, addressing my little siblings. We find ourselves in Knight's domain, where two young boys we've never seen before stand—one resembling Knight and the other resembling Lycone.

"What happened?" I wonder aloud, prompting a flashback to when Knight was crying uncontrollably. Ichimaru was trying to console him, albeit not doing a great job. Eventually, Knight got up and summoned Adriane, creating a force field around them. He then used a bit of wind and chaos magic to push Ichimaru back.

The Dragon Queen, also known as Oshime and Knight's wife at the time, knew what Knight needed to do. Adriane stabbed Knight, initiating his innate ability. Knight made his wish: to have Lycone reborn and to ensure that he and Leon would become friends. It was a selfless wish, and with that, Knight passed away.

As the flashback concludes, Oshime instructs the two boys to wash their hands. They comply and return to the table, where Amy and Chidori, my older sister and brother, are seated.

"Big brother Chidori!" Grim exclaims, and Leon chimes in, "Big sister Amy!"

"Have you been practicing your magic and skills?" Grim asks. "Look at me! I can use Chaos Aura now."

Leon boasts, "No, look at me! I can use Magic Cancel."

Oshime praises them, saying, "You are very strong, boys," as she enters the room. "Just like your father."

We then shift to another flashback where I'm having twins. Oshime is surprised by the revelation, and when the boys are born, they already exhibit their innate skills. Leon's power comes from his father, Knight, while Grim's abilities stem from his previous self.

Oshime declares, "It's time for your training," and the kids eagerly agree. Grim and Leon prepare to spar, both drawing their swords. Hours pass, and they end up on the ground, exhausted from their countless bouts.

After their training session, Oshime calls them inside and informs the boys that they'll be attending the Magic and Swords Lionsgate Academy.

The boys react in unison, their voices filled with surprise and disbelief, "Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat!"
