Lycone Loyalty

As soon as Lycone entered the arena, he triggered the "Blood for the Blood God" skill, causing the wheel to spin. However, since only Knight's blood was present on the wheel, that was the sole power available to Lycone. His presence was so overwhelming that the slave collar around his neck shattered into pieces.

Determined and resolute, Misugu set her sights on a showdown with Lycone, with the unshakable goal of claiming the second-ranking spot among the Takeshi generals. Both Ichimaru and Knight unleashed their auras without holding back. The intensity of their power was such that it even cracked Knight's helmet. Lycone, sensing the tension, proposed a deal to Knight. He vowed to adhere to all rules except entering the basement, a condition to which Knight agreed. Ichimaru, however, issued a stark warning, stating that he would personally end Lycone if he attempted any treacherous actions. Lycone assumed his fighting stance and deactivated the "Blood for the Blood God" skill.

As the announcer began the countdown, "Three, two, one," the battle commenced. Lycone wasted no time, activating the "Great Sport" and "Pyromancer" skills, the latter acquired from slaying a fire lizard. Flames engulfed his body as he also initiated his lesser domain, "Wild Ground." This domain required constant movement, in stark contrast to "Room." Lycone's movements were swift, and he had to be virtually frozen to come to a complete stop.

Misugu amplified all her abilities with her special skill, greatly enhancing her prowess. She made it clear that her victory would lead to her evolution into a chaotic creature, similar to many of the Takeshi. However, Lycone seemed unfazed by her declaration, landing a powerful punch that swiftly incapacitated her. With Misugu defeated, Lycone casually walked away from the match.

Knight attempted to locate Lycone, but he had vanished. In another scene, Lycone was shown sleeping on a beam of the coliseum's roof. Most of the dark energy that had plagued him seemed to have dissipated, yet a lingering remnant remained within him. Although his loyalty to Knight had partially returned, it was not yet complete. They remained connected, though the bond was weak enough for Lycone to break free if he chose to. However, deep down, he harbored no desire to sever that connection, opting to stay by Knight's side.
