She Became The Boss's Lady After Divorce

Tessa ran away from home to get married to the love of her life, David Winston. On David's birthday, and their three years marriage anniversary, Tessa caught David cheating on her with his childhood friend, Olivia George, a figure from a prestigious family.  She found out that the man she thought was her soulmate only married her because of his family inheritance, now that he had gotten it, she was no longer useful to him. It was time for she to go her own way, after three years of hardship and unfaithfulness.  Tessa picked the pen up and signed the divorce papers.  ‘These people, they have no idea who they are messing with’ David smirked.  “Tessa is from the countryside, I bet her family are local farmers... She can't do anything. Come to think of it, she never told me anything about her family. Perhaps they are beggars! In the countryside” Olivia George screamed.  “Tessa, you will pay for this, I will show you that I am from the George family!” Olivia's quivering tone was heard.  “David... I... I... thought you said she is from the countryside, her family are beggars! right? cos what in the devil's name is going on” Tessa's cheeks raised slowly.  “I forgot to introduce myself. I am Tessa Wood. From the number one mafia family in the country” “Tessa, you would be crowned the next heir to the Wood family, but you have to marry somebody from the military, that is your grandfather's last request”

CHAPTER 46

Elder Jonathan had been thinking about it and he couldn't come up with a reasonable idea.

Klaus responded casually.

"Before the nail was spread fully on the bridge, not all side was covered at the same time, the right hand was opened so I moved past it before they spread the nails to it"

Jonathan's forehead folded completely, it was the fault of the people in the dump truck all along, no wonder Klaus was able to come out.

Klaus could only smile deep down, he had used his aura to space the nails out of his way, and now it would seem like the nails were zig-zag on the bridge.

Jonathan walked away. He knew there was nothing special about Klaus, but he wanted to know for sure.

To him, Klaus was merely lucky, Daniel would've been the winner if he hadn't thought of challenging Klaus to a death match.
