Something Is Wrong

Audrey spent an hour in the room with Nolan outside. She did not have the equipment to have a thorough exam on Leila. Her vitals and her breathing were stable, but underneath everything, something was wrong.

She tried many ways to find out if her hypothesis was right or wrong, but then she cannot be certain unless a thorough exam was made. On the bright side, the accident was minor and since there was little to no bruising on her body, she would be okay.

Eventually, she led Nolan back into the room. Nolan rushed inside, noticing the slight opening of the door. "Will she be okay?" he asked, taking a seat beside Leila

"She will be fine. I've given her some drugs" Audrey responded.

Nolan nodded, satisfied with her words. He took Leila's hand in his and smiled at her sleeping face. "When will she wake up?" he asked

"In a few hours"
