Hunting with Sarit
We went our various ways, with the others going through the route we all have been walking on, initially, while I headed towards the right.
They can fend for themselves.
Presently, it's better I do things on my own without involving them at all.
"I thought you guys will fight," Sarit sighed. "And here I was, patiently waiting for a fight to break out."
"Did it?" I arch a brow, although she can't see it.
"That bloodsucker sounded like she would have loved a fight from you. Argh, I lost my chances of fighting."
"You will have plenty of chances. I brought her out from my jacket, "you can hover in the air if you like. Don't worry, there is no one out here."
The other wives are far gone in their tracks, for them to see us.
"Where are you heading to?"
"To hunt, what else?"
It's not as if I'm going to pause what I came here for, because of them."
"Then, let's go."
