There was this guy that everyone knew in the hospital, he was tall, handsome and always went out for a run, no one knew when he was admitted and he always returned to his room without trying to speak to anyone, he looked like he had come out of a book. That's how unreal he looked. Black hair, with a tall fit body, blue eyes that seemed like nothing could get through and a dark skin that made him look charming. He was utterly unreal.
