Chapter 246 Happy Family

Janice and her newborn son entered their home three weeks later. Ty's family threw her a massive welcome-home party. They kept telling her that she was family and they certainly had a very interesting way of showing her just how much they loved her.

She received multiple hugs and gifts and she was laughing so hard her cheeks hurt. Faith, Tyrone, and Tyrique all run over and hug her legs. "Easy kids, don't let her drop your little brother," Ty said coming towards them.

Janice gave the car seat to Ty as she hugs each of her kids. Cuddles and her litter of kittens ran into the living room and each of the kids took up one in their arms. Cuddles run to Janice and she took the cat up in her arms and smooth its fur.

"You know, if your cat continues to reproduce at this rate, soon you'll have to begin selling some of her kittens." Samson laughs. "I think you're right." Janice chuckles, she then smiles warmly as she looks over at her husband surrounded by his kids.

His wish of becoming a father was finally fulfilled, a father, not of one but of four and she could practically feel the joy radiating off him.

Life had thrown them some very heavy curve balls but by the grace of God, they had the strength to withstand them all. Of course, their trials weren't over but with God in the vessel, they will always be able to smile at their storms, no matter how tremulous those storms may be.

Later that afternoon Janice was relaxing on the sofa with her kids. Samson was about to leave when Ty stops him. "Hey Samson holds up a sec," Ty said standing and walking towards Samson.

"What's up?" Samson asks with curiosity. "Well, there's no doubt in any ones mind that my parents have officially adopted you which makes you a certified member of this family and I think I speak for everyone here when I say you've really been a blessing to all of us," Ty said with a wide grin.

"Not only are you like a brother to us, but we also feel like you're our guardian angel," Fabian adds. "And my damn conscience.' Caleb grumbles. "Mine too," Ty adds. "Well, thank you guys, I'm very happy that I was able to assist you all," Samson said with a wide smile that had most of the ladies in the room swooning.

"That's just it, you passed assisting a long time ago, I'm still trying to come up with a word or phrase to describe your actions," Ty said running his fingers through his curls, then rubbing his chin which made Samson laughs.

"Okay, so what exactly are you trying to say?" Samson asks with a smile still plastered across his face. "Hell, what am I trying to say?" Ty asks himself while laughing. "Or is it what am I trying to ask?" "Okay, so what are you trying to ask?" Samson asks, his thick arms folded across his chest and his head lean to one side.

"What I'm trying to ask is, who the hell are you?" Ty asks, his arms spreading wide. "You came out of nowhere, rescued my wife after her crash, you literally became my conscience, you became a human shield for my brothers at their wedding, you took a bullet to save my wife, and you have helped my parents save thousands with your solar energy solutions," Tyler said taking a deep breath.

"You have also helped my wife out of a stressful situation and again I thank you for that," Fabian adds. "Overall you've been there for all of us in one way or the other, My God, who the hell are you?" Ty asks again.

"One magnificent, made by God's own hands, a fine specimen of a man," Chris said and everyone look at him. "Chris!" most of them shout in unison. "Sorry, it may be a little much but it's true," Chris adds.

"Well, I am Gabriel." He said shrugging his shoulder. "The arc angel," Anna adds.

"Well, no, yes my name is Gabriel but I'm no angel." He laughs. "Well, that's a matter of opinion," Fabian said. "Well whoever you are, again, welcome to our family, Gabriel, a k a Samson, a k a Prince." Ty laughs. "A k a drug lord, a k a mafia boss, a k a The Godfather," Caleb grumbles. "I heard that," Samson said narrowing his eyes at Caleb.

"So, what you gonna do about it?" Caleb asks imitating Samson's look. "Another time brother, another time," Samson said pointing at Caleb. "Right now I need to go home, take a shower and catch my flight to Miami, but before I go, I'm going to leave you with a verse."

"Of course, why am I not surprised," Caleb grumbles. "Hey they always help, don't they?" Ty asks. "Mhm," Caleb mumbled but said nothing.

"Okay, (1 Peter 4 vs 12-13)And I'll be reading from the Good News Translation. My dear friends do not be surprised at the painful test you're suffering as though something unusual were happening to you. Rather be glad that you're sharing Christ suffering, so that you may be full of joy when his glory is revealed." Samson said patting Caleb's shoulder a little harder than was necessary.

"See a coffin that you like, huh, mob boss?" Caleb asks in his most intimidating tone. "Maybe, you offering to buy it for me?" Samson asks next to his ear as he chuckles softly.

"Thanks, Samson, I always appreciate your Bible verses." Mrs. Melissa said warmly. "Anytime, I'll call you guys when I land," Samson said waving goodbye.

"And remember, (Ephesians 5 vs 25) Husbands love your wives as Christ loves the church and gave his life for it." He said. "No matter how difficult they may be sometimes." Samson laughs.

"Always and forever," Ty said as he smile at his beautiful wife and kids.
