system a question I know I have 4 sites but how do I place them exactly? When I do place them what will I do I don't own the land they would be on either? Also what's SCP-2000

The SYSTEM uses spacial warping since the sites are nearly frozen in time they will be placed where they were in the universe I am from. If something obstructs it then it will shift slightly to avoid the object.

I have a built in AI matrix to help gain the land where the sites are built. Funds will not be a issue however I must warn you host you can only draw a certain amount of funds before people start noticing irregularities in their balances and funds.

SCP--2000 is a facility built to rebuild humanity if a K class end of the world scenario occurs. SCP--2000 can be used to increase our number of personal however it is not recommended to do that and instead let it carry out its original purpose.
