________________________________________________________________________________________

I spent this week alternating between studying, training, and spending time with my friends, who now had the addition of the twins and their friend Lee Jordan, who they ended up introducing me to.

And meanwhile, whenever I was in the Great Hall I felt I was being watched, and after looking for the source of the gaze I realized that the one watching me was the Headmaster. And the only thing that reassured me was the fact that I didn't feel any negative feelings or malice coming from him, so I let him watch me as he pleased.

But just for fun, whenever I felt him watching me I would turn to him, surprising him. I would then nod my head in greeting, which amused him greatly.

But of course I made a point of staying out of his sight and any other prying eyes when I went about my activities.

But other than that, the week didn't have any interesting developments... Not counting Potter and Weasley's encounters with Malfoy which were a lot of fun to watch. There were even times when they started an argument and I, as the exemplary student that I am, couldn't let them cause such a mess in this prestigious school... And that's why I bewitched them with pranks.

Obviously an exemplary student...

Wednesday

'Come on, I need a complete training room' I thought as I walked back and forth across the entrance to the Room of Requirement three times.

After spending a few weeks at Hogwarts, I realized that I was neglecting my magical training, which is why today I was asking for a place to train in the Room of Requirement, as it would be better and more discreet than a abandoned classroom or one of the rooms in my suitcase.

Opening the door and entering the room that appeared after my third lap, I saw what could be described as 'the wet dream of duelists'.

I was in a large hall, which had three dueling stages in a row. In addition to the stages, there were also some shelves with weapons and dueling training clothes, which were made of leather, steel and silk.

At the other extreme were some training dummies, similar to those used by the DA in fifth year. But these weren't the only training dummies the room had.

There were training dummies that held guns, others that held shields, and there were even some that held wands, and from the end of those wands there were some multicolored sparks. Counting all the types of dolls I had, I could see that each one was used for a different type of training.

And in addition to the puppets, there were also some balls, bats, and steel plates arranged in a corner of the room.

"What the hell is this doing here?" I asked, approaching one of the spheres. But before I could get too close, this sphere glowed blue, and surprisingly started to fly.

"What the fu—!" and before I could finish my sentence, that sphere suddenly shot towards me, like a bludger.

That sphere then started trying to hit me, and meanwhile I dodged it. After swerving for almost a minute, the ball started to blink, and its blue color became darker, and with surprisingly fast speed, it shot at me.

"That's enough," I said, bringing my wand from the holster into my hand. And when the ball was inches from my face, I swerved to the side, rolling on the floor, and as soon as I got up I cast a {Stupefy} and {Expulso} at the sphere, which blinked again and its light turned back to light blue, but even so she kept flying.

But before she could start with another attack I cast a {Expelliarmus} her, knocking her away, and with that she blinked green before falling to the ground, stopping moving and turning back to look like a simple iron sphere.

"That...was...amazing!" I yelled excitedly, "This sphere is perfect for training aiming and dodging. And I'm sure it can get even faster and tougher," I said, looking at the sphere in wonder.

"But if that ball does that..." I started to say, turning to the pile of spheres, sticks and plates that were in the corner, "What do those do?" I questioned myself with a curious look.

"Do they also serve for training?" I asked, putting a hand to my chin in thought. And the more I thought, the bigger the smile on my face grew, imagining all the things I could do in this room.

"Hah! I always knew this room was impressive... But this is so much more than impressive... This room is amazing, wonderful, and now I can say it's the best place in Hogwarts by a large margin." I said, my smile growing by the second.

"But enough standing still!" I said. And then I turned my eye to one of the training dummies that had a target in the center of its chest.

"Training time"

"{Bombarda}" I said as I waved my wand towards the practice mannequin, only to my unhappiness and frustration nothing but a few tiny sparks came out of the tip of my wand.

"Strange... I swore I did everything as described in the book..." I said as I scratched my head confused, "Do I have to put more force on the spell?" I asked myself.

Usually spells always work for me, as I understand the intent and theory behind the spell, and the only time they fail is when I put little or too much power into the spells. And since I got my wand, it's become more recurrent.

And that must be because of my wand core, which is a little moody with spells.

'Damn Thunderbirds... Couldn't you be more tame?' I cursed in my mind.

Looking at my wand, which vibrated, I sighed. I then shrugged my shoulders and decided to try casting the spell again for the fourth time. I then looked at the training mannequin, pointed my wand at it, and braced myself.

"{Bombarda}" I yelled, putting more strength into my spell.

And from my wand came a beam that hit the chest of the mannequin, right where the target was. But I don't think the target was necessary, as there wasn't even a mannequin left to look at.

My {Bombarda} was so strong that he managed to vaporize the dummy. And that wasn't the end, because he also destroyed the back mannequin... the shelf with the gear... and the wall behind the shelf...

And I just stood there, facing the path my spell took to the hole in the wall.

"Maybe I used too much power in casting the spell..." I mumbled, looking at the pieces of shelf and wall that were still falling down.

*Crack*

'Just maybe...'

After trying to use some offensive and defensive spells I had noted down, I realized that my wand was unreceptive to elemental or very destructive spells.

I already knew that the reason for this was the Thinderbird feather that formed the core of my wand, and after some research, I found that Thunderbirds are actually very receptive to the element of water, thunder of course, and wind. And that they don't like destruction either, preferring calm and peace.

For a bird that is known for making moody wands, until they look to be docile.

But that didn't stop me from trying, and most of the time, being able to cast the spells I researched. And now I can say that my spell repertoire is large, and I plan to increase it even more in the future.

End.

(End AN: As I talked about movies before, I would like to talk about animes now.

I'd like to say that, even though I haven't seen One Piece, I know that reaching a thousand episodes was a huge thing for the fans, and even though I wasn't one of them, I could feel that contagious emotion.

Congratulations One Piece, one of the best animes out there.)
