Yeah! Here's the new chapter!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Two more days had passed, and today was the day I was going to go to the Gaunt Shack to get another Horcrux for my Riddle's souls puzzle.
And it's funny to think that I was "collecting" the pieces of a dark lord's fragmented soul as if they were limited editions of some famous and rare item.
I had already organized everything that would be needed for this quest, and I also did some light research on the location of the Gaunt Shack and its surroundings.
I couldn't gather much information, but from the little I found I realized that I would have no problem invading the shack's grounds, since almost everything around it was deserted, without neighbors or even people just walking around the place.
But that aside, I continued preparing my equipment in my room, tucking the Elder Key in my pocket under a shrinking spell.
'Okay, I have my wand, not that I intend to use it, and I'm also carrying my goblin silver dagger dipped in basilisk venom' I thought, quoting in my mind all the items I was taking for this dangerous adventure, 'The Elder Key is prepared, and I also have an advanced portkey in case I need to escape urgently and I can't Apparate'
Giving myself one last check, I nodded, turning and walking out of my room.
"Are you leaving, dear?" my mom asked me, sitting on the couch in the living room as she read some sheets that were on top of the coffee table, probably being information about her next case.
"Yes, I'm going to take a walk, and maybe stop by the mall to pick up some new clothes for myself," I replied.
And Cele, who was watching TV and listening to me, turned to me before getting up and running towards me.
"I can go with you?" she asked with twinkling eyes.
And seeing my cute 6 year old sister's expectant eyes, I felt a little guilty, knowing that I was lying and that I couldn't take her on this 'walk'.
"Err... Well..." I started to say, however I looked down and saw Cele making puppy dog eyes, almost breaking my resistance.
I then looked at my mom, only to see that she was looking at me with a questioningly raised eyebrow, and I realized that it would be very suspicious for me to deny Cele's request when I said I was just going for a walk.
And looking back at my sister I sighed, before letting a soft smile spread across my face.
"Okay, but only if you behave yourself," I said, and she squealed happily.
"I promise I will behave and obey you big brother" she said, before turning with a smile and running to the stairs and starting up them.
"Huh? Where are you going?" I asked confused.
And not even stopping she replied loudly, "I'm going to put on my favorite shoes!", and as she finished saying that I could only hear her hurried footsteps arriving upstairs as she headed to her room.
And seeing this I shook my head with a wry smile.
'Well, it's still early, so I guess it won't mess up my plans if I take her for a walk, as I can go to the Gaunt Shack in the afternoon' I thought, sitting down next to my mom, with her looking at me.
"What?" I asked.
"Nothing" she answered me, going back to looking at her notes, and I shrugged a little confused.
'Hmm, I'm sure Ethan is up to something' my mom thought suspiciously, with me unaware of her thoughts.

-A little later-
After taking Cele for a walk around the city and going to the mall to do some shopping, we returned home, with her happily hugging the new doll I bought for her.
I then left the clothes I bought in my room, and seeing that Cele was playing in her room fully concentrated I left the house again, under my mom's analytical gaze.
I knew my mom had noticed that I wanted to go out alone, but for some reason she didn't ask me what I was going to do or even try to stop me.
And relieved with that, I continued on my way, arriving in a secluded alley and Apparating to the closest spot to the Gaunt Shack.
Appearing in the middle of a forest on the outskirts of the village of Little Hangleton, I began to walk around, using my senses to sense any magical abnormalities nearby.
After walking a little I started to feel a magic nearby, and following it I could see in the distance among many trees and trunks an old and broken shack, covered by moss and roots of the trees that grew around it.
And the closer I got to this shack the more I could feel a familiar magic that I had only felt in my first year coming from Quirrellmort.
And in addition to Tom's magic, I could also feel the despicable and grotesque magic of his Horcrux, confirming that I was in the right place.
And I didn't know if it was because of the curse he put on the ring, or because the stone in the ring was one of the Deathly Hallows, but the magic that came from inside the shack was much stronger than I expected.
But putting that to the back of my mind I approached the shack, stopping at the edge of where I felt its wards were.
"The power that is coming from these wards is powerful. It would be very difficult to break or pass through them with the time and limited knowledge I have of wards and runes" I commented aloud to myself, looking around.
I then continued to stare at the shack before a thought popped into my head.
"Hmm, the Riddles mansion is very close to here, and Voldy is probably there" I muttered, before frowning, "Will he feel anything if I mess with those wards?"
And with that question in my mind I grimaced, activating my Magic Vision to look at the Wards and Curses, finding the place full of magic.
'He shouldn't feel anything since he's at his weakest and frailest form, but I have to make sure' I mused, looking towards the door of the shack as I thought about how I would go about confirming my assumption.
"Hmm, looks like this ward was also made to keep out other creatures," I said, looking at a somewhat familiar intricate rune, deciphering its function.
Realizing this I thought for a moment, before nodding, "That might work"
And with an idea in mind I looked around, looking for something, and finding that something I approached him.
That something was a rather large spider that was in a tree, and approaching this spider I caught it, using my Beast Talk to control it.
Ordering the spider to go towards the shack, I dropped it to the ground, seeing it go towards the wards, obeying my command.
The spider then arrived in front of the wards, and as soon as it touched it it was incinerated, disappearing immediately and leaving behind only a slight smell of burning and some ashes.
'Fuck' I thought impressed and a little scared by the power and danger of the ward.
But not thinking too much about it I quickly walked away from the shack going as far away as possible where I could still get a good view of the shack's entrance.
And with me hiding in a far corner behind some trees I waited to see if anyone would show up to check out the sudden activity on the wards.
And I waited for at least 30 minutes, using my magic sensor to sense any wizards that might be approaching this location, and after no one came I could confirm that Voldemort wasn't monitoring the shack, and I sighed in relief.
"Well then that confirms my guess, which means I can move on to the next step of the plan" I said to myself, approaching the shack again.
I then, earning a serious look, prepared to get another piece of Riddle's soul, taking the Elder Key out of my pocket and returning it to its normal size.
'Let's then get our fourth Horcrux and our own Deathly Hallow, the Resurrection Stone'
End.
