Savage: The Night Wizard - (A Harry Potter Fanfic)

I was an ordinary boy with a simple life... That is, until the day I died... and now I don't even know what is common in my life anymore! But in reality... I prefer it like this. Who would like to be normal if you could be a wizard? Especially if you're the greatest wizard ever! Well... I don't. ****************************************** Also help me in Patrë-on /Se7enX, there are advanced chapters for you and it motivates me to write even more. Yeah! Here's the new chapter!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

After the Flamels, my family, and I tour of the Eiffel Tower, we headed back to the Flamels' house, where Nick told Penny about my Magic Vision, with my permission of course.

Penny was just as surprised as Nick, to the point where I had to sit in a chair for nearly two hours answering her questions about my ability, with her jotting down every little bit of information.

The difference between Magic Vision and Magic Insight is that Magic Insight is not as powerful or useful as Magic Vision.

Magic Insight can only see magic as a large orb of light, where sometimes when a wizard reached a relevant level of power that orb of light acquires some different characteristics.

Nick said that when he looked at the Headmaster's magic he felt like he was looking at a great warm, comforting sun.

Those who have Magic Insight also cannot see the magic of some items if they are too old, unless the item contains a lot of magic in it.

Knowing that the Flamels couldn't help me develop my Magic Vision discouraged me a bit, but then I was happy again, as I remembered that my skill is more special than a skill that is already considered very special.

It was as if in a world where there were only seven cars, I got a plane.

As the Flamels found out about my ability, they decided that I could learn some more advanced things, nothing too over the top since they wanted me to enjoy my vacation.

I also haven't forgotten that I have to try to get Nick to take me to Beauxbatons, since I want to see what another wizard school is like. And I also have to pay a visit to Lily, who sent me a letter saying that her family was making a stop here in Paris before heading to the city of Lyon.

Other than that, I still have to read Marcel's diary more, as I want to try to find out who his father is and what family he belongs to.

-July 2nd, 1758-

I've just arrived 'home' after another year at Hogwarts, and for the first time in a long time I felt excited to be back.

As my 'family' no longer tormented me since my fourth year, as I learned that if I can't use spells to 're-educate' them, then I might as well use some potions.

I think now I also don't need to think about them as my bloody family anymore, since they're not even my real family.

But back to the main subject, now that I'm out of Hogwarts, I'll be able to look for my mother, and when I find her, I'll have a lot of questions I want her to answer.

A part of me is relieved to know that the Muggles I've lived with for so long aren't my family, and that the one who is my real mother has been quietly watching over me.

But also another part of me is terrified of knowing that she only took care of me to keep her conscience clear, or because she feel that this was the minimum of her obligations as a mother, and that she actually doesn't love me and doesn't want to have anything to do with me.

I don't know what I'm going to do if I find out that even the person I care about most in this world sees me as just another nuisance... I really don't know.

-July 9th-

I tried...

I tried to find her everywhere in this fucking village, but the only thing I got was calluses on my feet and confirmation that my mother never really cared about me.

Now that I'm coming of age, I'll be able to fend for myself using magic, so that must be why she doesn't show up anymore. She probably thinks she's already done her duty as a mother.

And if that wasn't enough, I still had to see that bastard's face as he paraded through Diagon Alley as if he owned the world, and everyone was below him.

I'm glad I wasn't raised by that father shit.

----------*----------------*----------

Hah! My fucking 'father' is going to run for minister of magic.

A man who cannot remain faithful to his own wife, and does not have the courage to take care of his son, even if he is a bastard, is obviously not capable of taking care of a wizarding country.

And to make matters worse, I found out that this trash knows about my existence, and that he's the one who's been keeping my mom from seeing me.

But my mother is smarter than he is, much more.

She left a letter with Mr. Ollivander, knowing that every three months I went to his store to check my wand.

The letter was short, but very explanatory.

In the letter, my mother, who apparently was unaware that I already knew she was my mother, explained about me being the bastard son of an important wizard, and that that same wizard was preventing her from seeing me, using my life to threaten her.

She hid the name of my goddamn father, probably afraid that I would seek revenge on him, but little does she know that it is too late.

Knowing that my mother hadn't abandoned me, and that my sperm donor is actually threatening her, made me more than angry.

I've never felt such hatred in my life, not even when his son tried to knock me headfirst down the Hogwarts stairs.

Not even when my adoptive 'family' decided to take out all their frustrations on me.

Not even when I felt the sneers, the whispers, and the jeers from my classmates at school.

I hate you with all my might.

I hate you, and I want you and your damn family die.

I hate you Sebastian Greengrass.

-------------*-----------------*-----------

"What?" I wondered.

'Is Marcel actually a Greengrass?' I thought, obviously shocked at this new information, 'It really could make a great Mexican soap opera with Marcel's life'

Marcel's life has so many plot twists and surprises that if it were a movie, no one would leave the theater at the end because they would wait for the post-credits scenes.

'And I was thinking of looking for someone who had a connection with Marcel, but ironically one of the first people I met when I arrived at Hogwarts was someone from his family. In fact, I hadn't even arrived at Hogwarts yet' I thought, remembering my first conversation with Daphne Greengrass when I boarded the Hogwarts Express.

'Wait... If both Marcel's mom and dad come from wizarding families, that means he's a pureblood' I realized, 'Heh, a pureblood boy from one of the families that most believe in pureblood being raised by Muggles, ending up in Slytherin, and being despised by his colleagues purists... What an irony of fate'

Come to think of it, Riddle and Marcel's story is getting more and more similar. The only thing different is that Riddle managed to manipulate those around him so that he was on top, and Marcel even being a genius and someone as cunning as Riddle only managed to stay at the bottom of society.

Sometimes it's hard not to believe that Slytherin is a dark wizarding house. There you either have to be a idiot purist to stand above the others, or you are put in a situation where the pressure is so great that at some point you will end up exploding.

'In these moments I realize that Sorting Hat was wrong in saying that Harry would do well in Slytherin' I sighed, mentally tired from these discoveries.

End.

(End AN: Today is the 10th of July, and ironically it's 7 days until my birthday.

Yes, Se7en is much more than a nickname for me, hehe.

I think I know at least 5 other people who have birthdays this month as well... which is an amazing coincidence considering 3 of those people are my relatives. My father, my sister and my niece... completely weird.)
