The Military had previously retrieved the Titan Killing Sword as well as the remains of Killer after the battle ended they had started to analyze the Titan Killing Sword. To try and recreate it thanks to Monster no longer fighting for two hundred and ten years the Military were able to mass produce the Titan Killing Sword and had been working on a top secret highly classifed project. However due to Fear and Nightmare reviveing Savage things were not going as planned resulting in the need to hasten their plans. Two years have passed since the whole ordeal and the Military sought the aid of a certain Titan to put an end to Savage. The indivual known as Alexander after his encounters with Wolf and the Organization Alexander returned to life but kept his body from before. As old and weakened as it was it was due to his age Alexander then went into isolation and trained harder then ever before. He was informed by the Military of the whole ordeal with Savage and tasked with putting an end to the Titan. However the Military also sought the aid of a well known rival of Savage's the entity known as Dracula. Dracula was well prepared for the event that Savage ruined his plans due to the events with Android Savage then with Savage Wolf as well as other encounters on top of how Savage nearly wiped Dracula out back at the time when Dracula his lover Wolf Angel The Game Master Jessica Savage and Jade fought. Dracula was extremely cautious by nature and with all of these things with Savage Dracula had to ensure a counter measure in case of Savage.
