Normal Day

'This is the day, this is the day I'm going to meet my new official family.' Heusc paced back and forth in his room. It's been a few days since he came into the library. They didn't do much. Other than the fact that Claude was redder than a cherry after the first sentence Heusc said to him, the ladder thought it was pretty cute. Back to the point, it's already been a week since the letter has been read, and the Endurium royal family is going to visit.

It was a nervous meeting since it was the first time Heusc is going to meet his parents. In his past life, being a kid without parents avoided a lot of weird things. Heusc stood in front of the closet with only a towel on his waist showing his upper body. A knock on the door was heard by Heusc, "Who is it?!" he yelled. "It's Aaron, your highness !" Aaron yelled back, "Oh come in." Heusc yelled back, and laughed 'Just friends yelling at each other.'

Aaron came into the room, stunned to the core. Since there is no hairdryer in this world Heusc's hair is still wet the water drips on his chest and face. It was gorgeous. "Can you help me pick an outfit? I don't know what to wear." Aaron nodded and went on the hunt for the perfect outfit.'Oh god

"My prince, you should stop hiding." on the other side of the wall was Anastacius who was shocked 'How did he know I was here?'. Aaron noticed this and sighed ever since Heusc lost his memories he changed a lot. Heusc used to be a mysterious kid, no one knows what he's thinking most of the time, other than Aaron who's been with him since small. But now Aaron feels that he didn't know anything about Heusc, for example just now how did he know the prince was hiding behind the door?

Anastacius came in with a confused gaze wanting an answer to how he knew he was there. "I have memory loss," Heusc said looking straight at Anastacius, "At least that's what my father and the physician told me. So I can't answer your questions since I don't know the answer myself."

Aaron stood back up with neatly folded clothing in his hand putting them on the bed. "Your Highness, I picked out an outfit for you please go change." Heusc nodded, took it, and left to go into the bathroom.

A few minutes later Heusc came out wearing a perfect outfit.

The outfit was made with fine silk, smooth on the inside with a fresh smell of mint. It fitted perfectly on him.w The air of royalty shined brighter than before. He's more intimidating than when he arrived here, just looking at you can make you rather bang on the death door, than let Heusc look at you.

Looking at the mirror, Heusc checked himself out, 'Wow, I never thought a 12-year-old could look like this.' Yes, Heusc was 12, at least he thought that. "Right, I should ask that later." Talking to himself. Someone knocked on the door. The three people inside the room looked toward where the sound was coming from. "Come in," Heusc said.

"Your Highness, 4th prince of the Endurium empire, and Anastacius crown prince of the Obelia empire." Annoyed by the long description, Heusc talked with a hint of displeasure "Just get to the point." Grabbing the long list of questions, and folding it into a small square to fit into his pocket.

"Your Highnesses, the royal family of the Endurium empire, are here."

Walking to the meeting room with Anastacius right beside him, and Aaron behind. For the first time in a long time, Heusc felt nervous. Gripping his cape, and taking a few deep breaths, his heart calmed down just a bit. The guards opened the door to reveal six people sitting around a long table in a tense atmosphere. Anastacius went next to his father after introducing himself.

Heusc and Aaron just stood there. 'Where do I sit!! I've never been in this situation before!' The only person Heusc had met before in his family is his father. The other 4 people were 2 females and 2 males. "Please sit down, my son." Sitting down next to an unknown male, which Heusc guessed is one of his older brothers. Aaron stood by the wall behind Heusc.

"We have a lot to talk about."
