Rosalind stared at the fireplace not too far away from her. In just a few hours, the meeting between the seven families was going to start, yet until now, Lucas was nowhere to be seen.
She could not feel him in the estate. She was starting to wonder where he was now.
Was it possible that he knew about her meeting with Belisarius?
No.
That seems… She closed her eyes and thought about Belisarius's words.
Despite the fact that she knew a part of those might not be true, she could still feel her heartache. Was it logically possible for her to feel something like this despite the fact the possibility that they were all lies?
