Romance Among Humans

Note: this book was originally - Navigating Romance as a werewolf among humans. This is an untraditional werewolf story. Cover art is not my own. Please let me know if I need to take it down. "In order to survive the changing world, we must learn to live among humans or risk starving." it wasn't the ideal situation, but the only option to stop the pack and most importantly, their pups from suffering due to a lack of food. "Humans are weird though. How can you get used to being around them and their confusing nature?" Apryl asked, looking out across the campus. "You get used to it after some time, plus it's not like we're the only ones who live among the humans." Keith replied, shrugging as he looked over the campus as well. This story follows Apryl Dark, eldest daughter of the Dark Mountain wolf pack as she and her family adjust to living among humans and the trials that face them. The book may start out slow, but there will be a mix of both romance and action as the story progresses. Not a Chance

"I would expect then that if you want me to not mess with things in your personal life that you would do the same with me." Keith replied coolly as he broke his gaze away from the other so that he could get back to focusing on other things.

"This isn't an issue in your own personal life yet because you and she aren't officially together yet. That makes it okay for me to involve myself because we're all still friends." Chester countered. Was he really going to be this persistent about the whole matter?

Keith wasn't really certain what to do to get the other to let the matter be. He honestly had no intention of changing his plan or doing anything differently. He looked at his friend very intently as the other stared him down.

"What exactly am I supposed to say to you? We're basically at another standstill. You're not going to think any differently and I'm not going to do anything different from what I'm doing now."
