Finding a suitable place for living in the second floor was a pain. Not to mention the monsters here were a lot more dangerous. There was a small mouse which was golden in colour, almost killed me. How ? Through very potent poison. There was no memories of this mouse. It looked very harmless. But when I tried to catch it, it sprayed some liquid through it's nail. I wasn't able to completely dodge it. Only a drop of golden liquid touched my scales and it almost killed me. Even with my resistance to poisons, I almost died. So I decided to conjure a skill that nullify any and all poisonous substance. Now that I think about it, even with the lack of a system, The memories and experience of Arnuria, a s-class mage and the knowledge from my previous world is enough for survival.

I found a living space after two weeks of searching. It was nothing special. But with my increasing size, it was a good place for near future which was also large enough to conduct some tests. After finding a living place, I proceeded with the same procedure as I was following in the first floor. Catch the food, kill them, freeze them with ice magic and store them. My analysis of mana and haki was going in a steady pace as I have dumped the whole DNA thing to wise man. Even with the extra given function of parallel processing, Wise man hasn't completed the analysis of the possibility of my shape shifting. Changing body in molecular level is not something that should be done without proper test and experimenting. But with the help of conjuring and magic, it is possible to safely run virtual simulations within a limited space.

The reason I was busy with Haki, because Arnuria wasn't an expert in haki. According to her memories, Haki was considered as the power of one's will or spirit. There was mainly two functions of haki. First to learn or hide other's spirit. It was the process where some one can see or learn opponents motives. It was a good thing in dodging and predicting attacks. And at the same time you can also hide your spirit, confusing your opponents.

And the second is to bend other's will with your own. It is a mystery. But it was mentioned that you can exert your will upon others. Some even able to cancel another's magic with it. But there is a very few record on the second type of Haki. My first thought was it would be similar to the haki in one piece. But I was wrong.

Here haki is the spiritual energy of a living being. It's nature is similar to mana. But more potent with less versatility. After a little bit of research, I was able to awaken the first type of haki. Then I tried to mix it with my sensory skill. It worked perfectly.

With all said and done, it took six months for Wise man to complete it's analysis. According to it it is possible for me to attain a human or humanoid form. But the mana consumption will be high. So for now I should focus on enlarging my mana reserves.
