Taking a deep slow breath he looked at each of them, noting every detail he could before gripping Crimson tightly.

"What are you? Both of you? I mean one of you came from a bug and then somehow created the other, so what the hell is going on, who or what are the 2 of you." He asks, keeping his focus firmly on the pair and ready to use Crimson should they make any hostile moves towards him.

"I don't know about that one, but I can honestly say I don't know what I am, or rather what I was since its clear I'm now a pathetic squishy human." The girl with horns says in visible frustration.

"Oh, Im also a human, just like you master! I took the form most fitting to match my master and to best help him!" The other says seemingly just following along.

"Oh great, one seems to hate you and the other has more mental problems than our outdated fragmenting AI, well atleast the one that hates you seems to be more together and knows a bit more about what the hell is going on so just praise the dumb one with a head pat or something and focus your questions on grouchy." Crimson says with Vail agreeing along without remarks for once.

Seeing no harm in it but keeping his grip on Crimson he slowly approached and patted her head earning a squeal and smile as she leaned into the hand as if she where a dog getting scratches from there master.

"Since you seem like the smarter of the pair can you please tell me what the hell is going on along with what you can remember? Maybe I can use some details to figure out what you were. Even a name would help" He says getting a growl from the horned girl.

"Eve, you can call me Eve, Its one of my earliest memories, humans where poking me, stabbing me and injecting me with different things, sometimes it burnt other times it felt so cold I felt like I was freezing, very seldom did it feel okay, I don't think they realized I was conscious, some would joke and call me Eve and something to do with me being 'half of humanities' future or something like that, things get fuzzy and a blinding white flash is the last I remember before waking up being pecked on by a bird, I then ate it and felt a bit better and stronger but hunger set in and things go blank again, my memories from there are different points feeling and looking different as I changed and grew stronger and then you killed me! I didn't attack you or anything and even let you kill my food only for you to then go and kill me!" She says pouting and glaring at him. Well it did answer some questions it brought forward so many more.

"And you know nothing about this bug girl?" He couldn't help asking, trying to find out more.

"No, I don't, she was going to be my desert but the next thing I knew after you had killed me was waking up and in this weak and pathetic squishy form! A pathetic human, you will be taking responsibility for this!" She growls seemingly coming to a decision that it was Jace's fault.

"And that was as helpful as a paper bag in a thunderstorm, fine, can you atleast tell me what the heck that stone or crystal is and the runes? Or what's sealed in it?" he asks in frustration only to get a shrug in response as clearly none of them knew what he was referring to or even seeing what he was seeing.

"Its just a grey rock master, I don't see any squiggles or anything different about it that would make it any different from the rest of the room. Oh, but can you name me! It seems everyone has one here except me and it seems important" The bug girl begins only for Eve to nod in agreement.

"Take the name Arial, its simple and easy to remember, now I think the first thing that needs to happen is cloths for the 2 of us, I remember that you humans are quite prudish like that." Eve says getting a frown from Arial as she pushes herself off the crystal like stone and confirming that, she 2 only saw it as normal rock confirming that Jace and his bound companions where the only ones to notice the change and making a note to Vail that they would need to come back here in the future before leading the pair out the cave after retrieving a lot of the crimson fang beasts fangs to sell, the pair copying him with Eve claiming to do it to not waste time.
