Chapter 13: Aftermath

Strat slowly came back to his calmer side. Even though he changed back he had a strange look. The face of calmness and no emotion. The blood of his victim slowly slithers out of the body. Strat then looked back to the dark sky with the full moon. The moon shined towards him as it recognized him as a friend. Strat remembered a piano he always liked which was the " Moonlight Sonata movement 1."

He never understood why he liked it, but he always felt a sense of connection to it. Strat looked back to the man he beat the living crap out of.

Why would the same man that killed me come back in time to find me? Maybe I should have asked him about it, Thought Strat.

Strat wanted to get some things before going back to the apartment. So he went to his car and went to a local convenience store. Once Strat arrived at the convenience store he went towards it. He saw that it was being robbed. He couldn't care less about it being robbed so he entered anyway.

As he entered the robber looked at Strat. " GET THE FUCK DOWN! NOW!" Said the robber.

Even with the threat Strat went and got the things he needed. Then placed a basket full of energy drinks and a few snacks on the self-checkout counter. Afterward, he proceeded to pay for his things. The robber got annoyed with Strat. He then went towards Strat and proceeded to hit him with the handle of a gun.

Strat was still calm even with a hit to the head. The robber then proceeded to threaten Strat with the gun. Strat stopped scanning his stuff and went towards the robber as he went towards the robber. He proceeded to activate DT. He went near the robber and threw a strong uppercut. Strat then deactivated his cybernetic.

Time started to go back to normal. The uppercut that Strat gave sent the robber up to the ceiling. Strat went back to check out the stuff he had. He then paid and went out of the convenience store. Everyone in the convenience store was surprised at the sheer power that Strat had. Afterward, Strat went back to the Mega building. As he came into the lobby of the Mega building with the things he got. He saw that there was a sign that said:

Elevators are out of service.

Please use the stairs

Sorry for the inconvenience

He sighed with disappointment. Strat went towards the stairs. He arrived at the floor of his apartment after thirty minutes of walking the steps. He opened the door and was met by a couple ravishing each other in the corner of the hall.

What the fuck is wrong with them. They should do that in their apartment, Thought Strat.

He then proceeded to his apartment.

He opened the door and was met by David running towards him. " Daddy!" Said little David.

Right behind David was Greysin trying to get him back.

" Oh, your back Sebastian," said Greysin with enthusiasm.

Strat looked at David who wanted to be held by him. Strat closed the door and dropped the things he had off in the kitchen.

How could David still recognize me? I'm still in my outfit, thought Strat.
