15: Rise Of The Shadow Queen 1

Alicia followed the ethereal figure of the queen to the golden female statue.

"Is this you?" Alicia asked calmly observing the statue closely and comparing it with the ethereal queen.

"Yes"

"Ok... now can you tell me why you've been calling me your daughter from the start?" Alicia asked with interest.

"You're not ready for the whole truth my child but I will show you why both of you are my daughter(daughters)."

Alicia frowned slightly hearing her word "both of you?"

Before she could ask a red and smoothing light emanate from the golden female statue and enveloped her, the next moment she closed her eyes and pass out.

"Don't worry my child. Accept your gifts, this world will see the awakening of a new QUEEN." The queen ethereal figure said and slowly vanished from the golden throne hall.

Alicia woke up in an unknown place, filled with beautiful trees and flowers she haven't seen before. With countless spiritual beasts moving around both in air and on the beautiful flowers filled ground around her.

These spiritual beasts are so beautiful with some having gold and silver skins with colourful wings.

Alicia looked around with open jaw, slowly circling around taking the view of everything.

"WOW! Beautiful..."

"You are right"

Hearing another voice Alicia swiftly turn to her right seeing the body is now occupy or the real owner of the body.

She then looked at herself, red hair, curvy figure and slender long legs.

'Am back in my body.' Alicia thought.

"I was also surprised when I got here, the only woman I saw said am not ready to know the reason am here, she said I have to wait for my other half and I think that's you." Second Alicia said.

"Humm"

Alicia frowned slightly and asked "What should I call you, I know we have the same name but it'll be weird to call you that, don't you think?"

The girl smile calmly and bend down picking up a red rabbit with emerald green eyes. "You can call me Ali" she said petting the rabbit head.

"You know that's a awaken beast right? a trail-Ten awaken beast." Alicia said surprise staring at the red rabbit in Ali hand.

"Oh this, he's my friend, all the spiritual beasts here are friendly." Ali said with a smile kissing the head of the rabbit.

Alicia looked at her with a small frown and asked the most important question. "What are we doing here?"

"You are here to know the truth" the ethereal queen said materializing in Front of the two.

"Thank God you're here, now can you tell us, WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?!" Alicia said the last part loudly.

The queen only chuckled and said with a smile. "Calm down my child, now come with me."

The queen said floating toward a particular direction, the two girls looked at each other and Ali shrugged following the woman with her rabbit in hand. Alicia shook her head and followed her behind.

The queen lead them to a heel, looking down from the heel the girls could see a elegant and peaceful city with a big majestic castle built entirely of gold.

"Are you people so rich that you built everything in gold?" Alicia asked a little surprise.

"Is that your home" Ali asked staring at the castle.

The queen smiled calmly and the next moment the scenario change, the girls looked around them, seeing themselves floating above the golden castle.

Observing the pure and out of the picture magnificent garden filled with different types of flowers, A family of three were walking, with a red hair little girl who look around 3 years old holding her parents hands appearing extremely happy.

Seeing the family, a frown appeared on both Ali and Alicia face, they both turned to the queen who looked exactly like the woman the girl was holding onto.

"What's this?" Alicia asked slowly, filled with unreadable emotions.

"That little girl there is both of you and that man is your father, my love"

"What?!!"

The two shouted looking at the family of three, especially the man. He was the most handsome man Alicia have ever seen, to say handsome was an understatement. He was simply beyond beautiful. Raven black shoulder length hair, red eyes with sword like eyebrows, straight nose and shape jaw, skin as smooth as milk and a clearly built physique. Putting on a red golden king robe a black pants, with a red cloak flowing in the wind behind him.

"Wait...DO you mean that little girl is both of us?" Ali asked a question as Alicia was occupy scanning the man handsome body.

"This city is now known as the lost city, a city ruled by your father and his 5 lords, let me show you how this city turned to the lost city and was removed from the map." The queen said and the next moment the scenario changed again.

Now Alicia and Ali was floating on the air above an unholy numbers of soldiers filled with different races, it's rare to see countless races working together for a course, races like humans, elves, dark elves, goblins, demi humans, orc, even ice wraiths All matching in an orderly manner killing and destroying the once beautiful city.

"This day is the day anyone old enough calls "The Dark Days" these war want on for a whole month before your father and I was defeated, they hunt down mine and your father army killing them like flies and they happily died just to protect us. With no where to escape I preform a forbidden ritual to take you always from all these, but that was my biggest mistake. One of the four leaders of the enemy interrupted the ritual process causing your soul to split into two parts and sending one to a lower universe which is where you grew up in my child" the queen said staring at Alicia.

"You mean earth?" Alicia asked surprise.

The queen nodded and continue the story: "I got furious, without knowing what happen to my daughter and the death of your father, I went on a rampage, killing almost all their army but I was till taken down by the combined efforts of the four leaders. They discovered I can't be killed because l'm the origin of death so they destroy my soul, breaking it into five fragments." She paused and continue:

"When you received the gift, find my soul fragments and absorb it, it will Grant you all my powers to be able to face the four leaders, these guys are a force no to be underestimated, be careful my daughter because when you get stronger you powers will draw them toward you, for now they're till looking for you. The world as you know it is all under their control." The queen stopped and look at her daughters.

"Who are these four people?" Ali asked.

"You're to weak to know more than this child but now you girls need to accept each other and join your souls back in a whole." The queen said calmly.

"Well...?" Ali said turning to Alicia.

Alicia was silent for a while, after some seconds she looked at the queen and asked. "What you are saying is that the woman who's my mother on earth didn't give birth to me?"

The queen nodded and wave her hand changing the scenario again. Now they could all see a crying red hair girl around 3 years old sitting on the street shaking as if in pain as If she will die the next moment. The scenario change again showing a reven black hair girl around the Same age lying in a forest also shaking as if suffering from unbearable pain crying loudly, all the spiritual beasts around her kept their distance from the crying baby as if scared.

The queen said in a choke breadth "I watched all these with endless regret and sorrow, feeling the pain from you two but couldn't do anything. No one have felt that much pain, so I manipulated some good humans I could find to locate you guys, these people became your parents and look over you till you grew up. While I watched you guys from the shadow" she paused and added:

"I increased your powers to darkness so you will be located but I didn't wish for all the villagers to die. humans are filled with greed and power that's why they killed your family on earth." The queen said shocking the two girls.

"The once that killed you two are the servants of the four rulers, that how powerful their reach is, so you must be careful out there."

The girls looked at her for a while, then Ali said with a smile. "I know you did all that just for us to be whole again, so I won't hold it against you."

"Thanks my love" the queen said with a smile and turn to Alicia.

"Hmm... These is a lot to take in but yeah I believe you." Alicia said after some thought.

"That's all I ever wanted, now you girls should be whole again" with a wave of her right ethereal hand a red barrier surrounded the two girls enveloping them in it.

IN THE BARRIER.

"So how should we do this?" Ali asked dropping the red rabbit.

Alicia didn't answer but hugged her softly. "I don't know but am sorry for what you went through."

"Come on girl, we went through the same pain, even thou we don't remember it I felt it when I unlocked my ability, it was like I was incomplete." Ali said hugging her back.

'Don't worry my daughters, accept your powers, there are more dangers ahead.' The queen thought with a loving smile staring at the red barrier.
