Even though important meetings were taking place in many places in the two galaxies, one person was as far removed from them as humanly possible.
And this person was Henry.
Unlike the majority, who, in most cases, went into stasis and entered a dreamless state, Henry's situation was far from ordinary.
The difference with Henry Calvert was that his brain wasn't entirely ruled by organic matter. Of the millions of nanites constantly circulating his body, a mass the size of a fingernail always remained inside his brain, acting like a command center.
This was where the system had lodged itself. Deep within his brain, lodged between his Occipital lobe, Cerebellum, and Tectum, that fingernail-sized lump of nanites had formed into the smallest of supercomputer chips.
