Chapter 240. Unwilling to Let Go

Gao Xiong lifted his fist. He was ready to use a martial art to stop Amon.

However, Amon acted first. He threw a flash grenade into the ground near the two. The explosion caught the two off-guard.

Gao Xiong recovered first. When he opened his eyes, it was all smoke. He saw a shadow run on the wall, passing beside him. His hand shot out to catch that shadow but missed. He hurriedly grabbed Yan Woo to turn him in the right direction.

Gao Xiong pulled Yan Woo out of the smoke in the direction where the shadow went. Once he was clear of the smoke, he saw Amon's back. Amon was running away from them.

"Don't think you can flee!" Gao Xiong exclaimed. He let go of Yan Woo and chased Amon.

Yan Woo could also see again. He hastily followed Gao Xiong.

"Damn! That kid has good movement art…," Gao Xiong cursed. They couldn't close their distance with Amon.
