SAVIOUR OF OLDA VILLAGE

AMARA I said as I ran to hug my sister, we were at an abandoned house in the beginner village by her side was the doctor he had a sad look on he's face which made me nervous.

Doctor what happened, Well you see your sister is an unusual case when we were logging into ARCAN£, the system detected an anomaly and therefore she couldn't be a player, What are you trying to say doctor I asked as I felt anger consume me, well the truth is you're sister real body is gone this is all that's left of her she won't be able to respawn or revive or logout if she dies she dies in short she's an NPC.

His words were like dropping a constant bomb on my heart, Anger anger blood kill thoughts that weren't mine were flowing into my mind I could feel the anger consume me, I began to transform against my will not like I really had any now that I was consumed by anger.

I couldn't even focus on the system message, YOU TOLD ME EVERYTHING WILL BE OKAY, I turned towards the doctor who was dripping sweat all over and trembling in fear, why why can't I log out what type of stupid state is battle mode I haven't even attacked anybody, how did he change into a beast I could feel the killing intent directed at me it made my whole body numb I couldn't move neither could I answer the question he asked.

Brother stop this isn't you Amara said as she stood in front of the doctor I was already right in front of him but my outstretched claw stopped right at her face I couldn't hurt my sister in an instant my anger seemed to subside and I was able to gain control over my body again, I don't mind being an NPC if it means being with you you suffered for over a dozen years trying to take care of me so this is the least I can do I'm alive now let's enjoy the moment together.

I cringed at the sentence that just left my mouth, it sounded to stupid I could feel the last remnant soul of this body fade away, maybe I don't have to be evil, thus was a chance to change my ways I could help people but do it the right way this time and this was a world full of magic and mysteries and my brother was living proof, I could grow strong enough to protect everything that I love and care about I watched as my brother changed back into his human form, and hugged me, being a girl on the outside and boy on the inside it felt weird having a naked boy hug me.

Brother you're naked, he freaked out when I told him and quickly brought out clothes from another dimension and put on, you bad girl you shouldn't look at your brother like that he said embarrassed, the doctor had already logged out as soon as I was no longer targeting him and he wasn't in battle state.

And then something occurred to me, now that my sister was here I had to be strong enough to protect her I was stronger than the players but there were NPCs who could crush me in between their finger I also had to speed up my plan to train Divine beast so that my sister could have protection whenever the Demon invasion happened.

So what do we do now my sister asked me, I was also confused for a player it would be to get a class and level up, first let's get something to eat, I called my client and told her I needed to exchange some money for in game coins now that my sister was here I was more worried about her than my life in the outside world, if I become a noble or something like that we'll have a house to stay and guards to keep her safe.

My client was already dismayed that they had to fork out such a huge amount of money so when she heard I wanted to give some back she was overjoyed and came quickly, when she saw me in my human form she was shocked, wasn't he a beast well maybe that's the form he takes when ever he wants to fight.

We completed the deal and I was shocked at what he said, I want to support your guild but some rules would have to change I would send you a list of things if you are open enough to do that then I would join your guild and support you one hundred percent.

Then he left and went back to the abandoned building I decided to stalk him so I hid somewhere close by and seconds later I saw him coming out with a little girl, she didn't have a name panel above her head which meant she was an NPC, what does he plan to use our guild to protect this girl, why would he even be with an NPC with how handsome he is he could get any of the players, I didn't know why I was getting so stressed of it about the whole matter. I have to make a decision do I follow his rules or forget about his support that might also mean he isn't going to be trading with us again, Ahhhh leading a guild is so frustrating.

I walked with Amara to a restaurant in the beginner village, where we ordered meat soup I had to admit it was delicious ARCAN£ really took gaming to the next level, I haven't had a meal in game before and I could tell my sister was really enjoying it we ordered three more after the first one and she finished everything then we ordered two to go.

Thank you for the meal brother I enjoyed it we should come eat here again sometime, my sister said with a happy smile on her face, I patted her head as I told her don't worry we'll eat in better places. For now let's go get you tested and you don't need to worry if you don't have any talents this big brother will protect you all the way.

While she was eating I spoke with the chef and I found out that the most important thing for NPCs was talent, your talent defined your potential your growth ability your speed in learning things and much more if you had Talent as long as you survived you were sure to become a powerful person in the future.

Now we need to head to the kingdom, I had purchased a map and some other things from the village head and from the topography the beginner villages were just villages on the outskirts of a kingdom and the kingdom we were in it outskirts now was the Demons Bane Kingdom, that was all I knew for now it was time to find out more.

I remembered the situation that happened in the village chief's house at first he refused to listen to me or even attend to me but I had an idea and showed him the quest item that I got from the dungeon and he's behaviour changed at first he broke down in tears then thanked me for helping them that if the dungeon hadn't been cleared a month after it's appearance the monsters inside will be able to break out every month and it would have destroyed their village, but seeing the item in my hand he knew I had cleared the dungeon and I was the first to clear it.

He gave me some information on the item and that was that it contained some of the Dungeon's power although no one had figured out how to use it yet but that if I could I should gather as many as possible.

After giving my thanks to him he proclaimed me Saviour of Olda village,

When I was leaving the village everybody was so respectful even the guards at the village entrance some people even went as far as bringing gift and supplies for my journey and refused to go back with them.
