Heavy breaths and ugly truth combined together that made Thyrus disheartened.
He looked at the traitor from distant without uttering even a single word.
"How did you survive to betray us all? How and why did you plan us to be disgruntled?"
One of the royal soldiers noticed that Captain Thyrus was silent and breathed heavily.
On behalf of him, he looked at Elmer with a trace of vengeance and outrage.
He either couldn't believe that the man who they trusted with would be the traitor.
"For– forgive me! But, I need to or else they will kill all of you!"
Elmer exclaimed.
He cried and groaned. But no one listened and believed in him.
