A being, no, a servant travelling observes this soul. It decided, this soul is to not waste away and die here. No, it's too special for that.

The Being reveals itself to the soul, revealing a massive form of galaxies, twisting and churning forming faces of insanity and madness.

IT sends an information packet to the soul regarding how it is going to "get the isekai treatment" in simple terms. The soul accepts.

The massive amalgamation of existence and eldritch madness creates a fascismile of a grin "Excellent, then o Wanderer Of the Great Maw of Infinite Eternity, what is thy goal"

The rumble from the concepts actualized and spoken sunders billions of versal units worth of existence. The shattered existence instantly recovered only to still churn and twist madly.

The Unschackled Soul gaze at the Eldritch Madness "None". A ripple infinitesimal spreads.

The Great Servant Of The Overbeing widens its grin, the surrounding existence churns, twist, Faster, Stronger, and Madder.

A slight pressure descends, making the Maw rumble.

Beings of greatest shine and lowest shadow start appearing and orbiting around the Unshackled, forming a grand ballet of Virtues and Sins.

The pressure strengthen, the beings of grand light and darkness sing a grand chorus of existence. The pressure increases and EVERYTHING CHURNS. The pressure press down like a black hole curves space and time. Then it reaches a Crescendo and... the unshackled dissappears and everything calms. The Overseer chuckles "Lets see how far that one goes, hopefully pretty far considering how much he was given". And everything simply dissappears, like nothing ever happened.

In a simple house of a random westerosi village, a pair of humans have just finished the activity of intercourse and laying on the bed. Unknowing that the vessel they formed from the coupling would become the vessel of a being beyond them.

Consciousness blooms as a mind orients itself. Westeros 9 years before the birth of rhaegar huh, not that bad a place to start. A medieval world with a small amount of magical influence, well it won't be small in some decades but still. This world's magic is pretty weak too along with its whole stichk of blood sacrifices, and other stuff along those line, well its magic users are weak in this time period since i think i read something about "hammer of the wind god" or something in a fanfic before which destroyed a whole peninsula.

Optionally the cell can be altered by the user whether that be manually, by replicating a certain being and or anything in between. Though note that the being the cell is copying from has to be under a certain amount of some sort of control by the user whether that be beating it into submission, imprisoned by the user, and etc. Consent is also another way but in certain conditions those conditions are void if it's determined the user is above a certain point of the copied being. Example: user has full bionic conversion with level 20 melee skill copying from someone like gregor cclegane/the mountain.
