CHAPTER 29 "ALCHEMISTS"

"I'd like to hear all your thoughts on the freshman this year?" Chun Xi said while taking a sip of his tea.

"there is so many talents this year especially that girl Amy Lee. As you have all seen how much potential she has." Hellen Dax Said while she drank a beer.

"That Women just pulled off some trick. I think Zou Xi and Howard Koi have the most genuine potential." Xou Meng said.

"please Master Meng, My Sou Mo reputation has already far surpassed those two." Halsey Mo bragged.

"you guys seem to think Royals are the only choice. That girl Kelly Page possess an ice attribute which is unseen for at least 1000 years." Queen Tillie said.

"Lee Xeng, you've been awfully quite this entire time." Chou Xi said curiously.

"I've been watching all the students all I can't see any with the talents of Alchemy." Lee Weng said while sipping his wine.

"the rest of the test including Alchemy test is about to start. Maybe then well see some talents." Chu Xi said confidently.

"truly hope so.." He said reluctantly.

Suddenly the Alchemy Sect Instructor appeared on one knee in respect of her Sect Master.

"Sect Master, I apologize on intruding in a Sect Master's meeting but I have an urgent situation I need to tell you about." She said respectfully.

"Instructor Zhu Wu, what is so urgent that you had to come here?" Lee Xeng

"there was an incident at the Heavens Restaurant where one of the participants injured 2 of our Juniors." She said

"what? Do you know the reasons?" He asked angary.

"The juniors informed me that they were just talking to Shounen-Chen and he became rude, then a freshman named Michael Lee attacked them. That is all I know." She said

"what!... That bastered dare to defy the very people who took him in." he said in anger.

"Sect Master before Michael Lee left he told them to send you a message."

"what did he say?"

"He said that you should watch closely to in the Alchemy test and after the tests are done he is coming to retrieve Shounen-Chen little sister and if anything happens to her. He'll destroy our Sect." she said

"That boy! He clearly doesn't know his place." Xue Meng shouted.

"haha… I'm starting to really like that boy. His got guts." Helen Dax said smiling.

"I just hope he can back it up" Halsey Mo said laughing softy.

" That brother and sister are really strange. So young and so confident in there abilities." Chou Xi said.

"Sect Masters I would like to ask your help in this matter" Lee Xeng said bowing respectfully.

"Lee Xeng, don't you think it's a little embarrassing to ask Head Sect Master to deal with a Junior." Queen Tillie said sarcastically.

"then may I allow my instructor to oversee the Alchemy test?" he asked respectfully.

They all agreed to stay out of it. He ordered Zhu Wu to oversee the Alchemy test and she left.

'let's see you pass this test you trash.' Lee Xeng asked

(Alchemy test area)

This test is held in a large room with a hundred pots on a large stage.

Michael and Shounen-Chen met with Amy.

" Hey Amy this is my friend Shounen-Chen. Shounen-Chen this is my sister Amy." Michael introduced. Amy smiled and shook his hand.

"I'm so glade that Michael is able to make a friend." She said happily and look almost relieved.

"thank you.. I'm happy to make a friend" Shounen-Chen said with a dumb folded smile.

Then the instructor Zhu Wu came on the stage to announce the start off the test.

"alright, all those who will be taking part of the Alchemy test. Please take you the Alchemy pot of your choice."

She jumped down off the stage and confronted Michael.

"junior Michael Lee, you will be taking a special pot that I have prepared for you." She said with an evil look in her eye. She then look and Shounen-Chen and said.

"I am very disappointed in you for biting the hand that feeds you. Your sister will be very disappointed in you."

Shounen-Chen bows down to her in respect.

"Miss Wu, I'm truly sorry for what happened and you can blame me for it but please don't blame my sister." He pleaded.

The instructor slaps Shounen-Chen to the ground.

"You Dog, I took you in and this is how you repay me. I should have let the Juniors have there way with your sister." She said with Cruelty.

Michael step up to her and Smiled

"Miss Wu, I didn't expect that another instructor from another Sect can be so cruel as to what you have said. So I'll make you a promise. When I win first place in the test and every other test I choose. After the Selection I will pick up Shounen-Chen little sister.. "

Then Michael's facial expressions changed to a look that made Zhu Wu scared.

"… And if you mistreated her in any way. I promise you. Your sect will nor more and I'll personally cripple your cultivation."

Zhu Wu took a step back and turn around.

" follow me." She ordered.

Michael smiled and did so. Shounen-Chen and Amy both left to select their pots.

Zhu Wu took Michael to an old pot and everyone else's looked new. His pot has cracks and dust.

Zhu smiled and Michael was not surprised.

" junior Michael Lee, this is your pot. Please show us your skills." She said sarcastically and left. Michael did not laugh but smiled.

'trying to set me up with a pot that will explode the moment the heat the pot.' Michael though to himself but laughed.

Shounen-Chen and Amy took pots next to each other and they saw Michael laughing.

"uhm.. Sister Amy, what's going on with Michael? His pot is old and cracked. Just how is he going to win?" Shounen-Chen asked sincerely.

"Don't worry about Michael. Our Master taught us Alchemy and we could not use pots at first." She said smiling.

'I think I'll let my brother win this one." Amy thought to herself.

" right to pass this test you have to produces the highest form of elixir you can make with the ingredients given. You only have 2 hours to finish. You may now being." Instructor Zhu Wu stated.

Everyone put their ingredients in the pot. State down and began to form there elixirs. Not far from Michael is Howard Koi performing Alchemy.

'this time I'll show just that I am number 1 around here.' Howard Koi thought to himself.

Michael still hasn't started yet. His sitting down crossed legs with his eye's closed.

(crowed chatter)

"look, it's the guy with no cultivation"

"how can you have no cultivation and perform Alchemy."

"what a loser, he had his sister make him look cool in front everyone."

"looks like he was just all talk after all" Lee Xeng said laughing as the Sect Master watched.

"I wouldn't think so Master Xeng" Chun Xi said

Chu xeng was surprised by this and asked.

"look at his face. Does that look like someone who has given up" Chun Xi said smiling

Michael sitting down with his eyes closed think about one thing.

'I have a cracked pot witch is about to explode and only two hour to make the Alchemy Sect Master shit himself. I only have one problem. Witch elixir do I chose?' Michael smiled in a devilish manner.

Most of the student are done. Most of them either made mid-beginner-level- elixirs or mid-level- middle – elixirs. Michael as still has not started yet.

Howard koi is about to Finnish his elixir.

The fire under Zou Xi Pot began to form a Cobra and the flames turned green. Once finished, Howard Koi took out the Elixir and gave it to instructor Zhu Wu.

"marvellous, a high-level-beginner-poisonous-elixir" Zhu Wu said proudly.

Everyone is astonished by this and applaud him. He smiled arrogantly and pointed at Michael

"oh look, is the trash having trouble with his Alchemy. Look he hasn't even started yet." He said arrogantly. He then bent down to get closer to Michael and said.

"why don't we make a bet. If you can't make an elixir that is higher than mine. Then you must leave this place and I promise that I will take good care of your girlfriend all day and night." He said with a disgusting look on his face.

Michael smiled and said.

" if we are making bests then I want something if I win. If I win then I want to slap you 3 times."

Howard Koi laughed out loud after hearing this and said

" do you really think that you can make a bet with me?"

Michael then opened one eye and looked at Howard Koi and said.

" what's wrong Howard? It's strange for a rapist like you to be scared of a little bet"

Howard became infuriated by his words.

"You keep calling me a rapist, you trash. Fine I'll take that bet and when you lose and sent home. You won't need to worry about your girlfriend. I'll record everything that I'm going to do with her and personally send it to you." He said with a disgusting smiled.

Michael said nothing until Shounen-Chen Finished his elixir. Zhu Wu came over to check. She looks at the elixir and had a disappointed look on her face.

" it's a mid-level-middle-peak- healing elixir. "

Everyone is surprised by that and Shounen-Chen was too. Zhu Wu looked at Shounen-Chen with scrutiny and asked

"just how did a dog like you manage to make an elixir like this?"

Shounen-Chen was surprised himself.

"In my time in the Alchemy Sect. I watched as they dis Alchemy and just followed from what I saw."

"WHAT! That dog just watched and was able to do Alchemy in just a few weeks." Lee Xeng shouted.

"looks like Master Xeng missed out on chance to have a good student." Halsey Mo said

Soon Amy way done and took her Elixir out. Instructor Zhu Wu Examined it.

"What?... This can't be.. It's.. A… Supreme-High-beginner-level- strengthen-elixir…." Zhu Wu said in shock for she has only ever seen her Sect Master make such a pill.

"What is this?.. Supreme – high-level- elixirs?.. How did this young girl able to do such a thing?" Lee Xeng said as he got out his seat and shouted.

"hahahaha.. Looks like the girls this year are out doing the men. This brother and sister are really making interesting." Helen Dax said laughing at the look on Lee Xengs face.

Michael is now the only on left and has only ten minutes left. Michael opened his eyes and put his ingredients inside the pot.

'looks like Amy took it easy on me.' Michael though to himself.

" you want to make an elixir now. With only ten minutes left. You've already lost you street trash." Howard Koi said.

Michael's mind has now blocked out all those around him. The flames on his pot began burn higher but Michael has control over it.

"wow, his flame control is amazing"

"hahahahaha… I knew you would fail. You're far too arrogant in front of this young Master. Trash like you should know where they belong. Howard Koi bragged.

'even if the pot didn't explode the ingredients I gave him are in poor condition. There is no…. What?' Zhu Wu thought but when the smoke cleared Michael's ingredients are floating in the air by black fire.

Michael's eye's are closed and is stand in a Tai Chi pose.

"what! How is this possible. His pot exploded and his ingredients are rubbish" Lee Xeng shouted out loud.

"Master Xeng, I can let go if what you just said but you better hope the head Master doesn't find out that you interfered with the test." Chu Xi said looking at Lee Xeng with disappointment.

"My Apologies Master Xi, my ego got the best of me. Please forgive me." Lee Xeng bows respectfully.

In side Michael's mind his thoughts are calm and begins.

Suddenly a magic crest in a shape of an octagon and a Yin/Yang in the centre of it.

The energy of the ingredients are pulled out. Michael moves his hand and arms as if it was flowing water.

"what is this profound energy I'm feeling" Zhu Wu said with astonishment in her voice.

"Is that the long lost Yin/Yang Alchemy technique?... How does this body know such ancient Achaemenes ways?.." Lee Xeng said falling on his bottom.

Suddenly to energy like dragons come out the magic crest. One white and the other black. The dragons swallow the energy and left over ingredients.

Michael then moves his arms in a circular motion. As he did this, so did the Dragons. As Michael put his hand together. The dragons collided and made two hand sighs.

(Yin, Yang Style/ Dragon Breath)

The energy, ingredient and dragons conceded. Creating a light great pill with a white and black dot. The dots followed each other in a circle and the pill itself has vines.

"Instructor Wu. If you can't cant tell what kind if pill this is then I'll tell you. This is a King-mid-level- elixir. Know as the Yin/Yang Dragon breath pill. Not only will it extend you life but will give you vitality to resistance a King level dragon pressure. This pill is worth about 100 million NSC." Michael explained

Everyon is silent including the Sect Masters with Shock on their face.

" It.. It… It can't be.. How can he make such a pill with such little.. " Lee Xeng stuttered.

Then Michael looked some how look in the direction that the sect Master are watching from.

"Greetings Sect Masters that are watching this. I, Michael Lee would like to give this expensive pill for the exchange of Shounen-Chen's Little sister unharmed. If by any chance I discover that she has been mistreated in any way. Sect Master Lee Xeng mark my words. There will be no Alchemy sect." Michael said. Giving the Zhu Wu the pill.

He turns around and face a Howard Koi trying to run away. Sadly for him Amy punch him that he fell by the feet of Michael. Michael looks at him in a cold manner and said.

"Howard, it's time to pay up."

Howard gets up and laughs.

"do you think that would honour a deal with the likes of you. Just because you're good at Alchemy doesn't mean shit." Howard said putting his finger on Michael's chest.

"Wow, you really bring shame to the Koi family. What would you think your father would say… Wait if he could raise a man like you he must have no honour or balls either" Michael said disrespectfully.

People around heard what Michael said and they laughed.

"how fucking dare you to talk about father in such a way. I could kill your whole family for the insults you just made." Howard argued.

"HOW.. Look at the man the Koi family raised. No honour, no face and a Rapist. Just what kind of family is the Koi Family." Michael stated

(Crows chatter)

" wow. He has a point"

"yeah I totally miss judged him just because his family's rich"

"why the he flirts with me and how he acts. I'm going to stay away from him now"

Howard felt embarrassed and angary but could do nothing.

"fine take your 3 slaps. It doesn't matter. You're probably weak anyway. With no cultivation your probably weak. Hahah…" while Howard was talking Michael slapped him so hard it sent Howard through the wall. Michael made it look easy.

Howard lied outside on the rebel of the wall, unconscious.

" to Howard Koi's friends. When he wakes up tell him. He owes me 2 more slaps" Michael said in a cold manner.

Michael walks over to Shounen-Chen and Amy. He stands between them and puts his arms over there shoulders.

"lets go guys. We still have many tests to do."
