CHAPTER 6;You are a woman

Xu Feng was shocked by this discovery. He wanted to remove the mask to see the real face of 14 but he stopped himself. Seeing her lying next to his bed he placed her on the other side of the bed without her noticing . As a previous war god of Heaven even though he was weak it was still easy for him to ignore her defences especially if she was asleep so he did not have to worry much about disturbing her sleep . He examined her pulse and was slightly relieved that she was alright so he closed his eyes and slept on the other side of the bed . When it was morning he felt something like a dagger coming his way and he could not help but use he's yuan qi to rise up from the bed but his intuition told him that a blow was about to hit his stomach and he felt that he could not dodge it so he slightly tilted his body and the blow just past passed by him but when he launched his counter-attack from mid-air his bones almost broke.

He opened his eyes and saw 14 looking at him with an angry questioning gaze. Their eyes met and he could not help but smile seeing her eyes.' Do you want to kill me? Is this how you thank someone that almost saved you from having your bones broken for sleeping next to my bed?' Xu Feng asked." Did you have to?" number 14 said . Xu Fengt was almost dazed just by listening to her voice .'I really want to take off your mask and see what you really look like inside that mask,'Xu Feng said after sometimes." You're not worthy of seeing my face," 14 reply coldly .' Then I guess I can have your name," Xu Feng asked but he got no reply from her. He did not say anything and started to cultivate as 14 went to get him his breakfast. He wanted to condense his second liquified yuan-qi in his dantian world. As soon as he closed his eyes he fell into a meditative state and started to cultivate according to the nirvanic Phoenix mantra technique.His skin gave out a layer of red light as impurities started to ooze out of his body.

The second liquified yuan qi soon appeared in his dantian world but it did not stop at that as the 3rd and the 4th also condensed which signified that he had directly broken through to the fourth stage of the spirit cultivation realm.He then stopped and opened his eye.s he felt that his strength had improved a lot and most of the impurities in his body had been removed.He first stabilized his cultivation .It had already been 3 hours since he started cultivating but 14 had yet to come back so he went to his bathroom to take a bath . He did not know that his father had already lifted his punishment so he did not dare leave his room as itt might get his father into a mess with those old fogeys and uncle's of his.

Xu Feng was now feeling refreshed after leaving the bathroom and was about to go and look for 14 but she luckily arrived.'Who would've thought that you are a woman?Does anyone know?'Xu Feng asked but 14 ignored him and only showed him the edge of her sharp knife. Xu Feng used his yuan-qi and pushed the table towards 14 but she suprisingly did not dodge but instead returned the table to Xu Feng who dodged and delivered a kick towards . She caught his leg and was about to deliver a blow but with Xu Feng's quick reflexes he delivered yet another blow forcing her to defend and release his leg . After that exchange 14 lower the cultivation to Xu Feng's level and directly attacked him.

At first,Xu Feng could not keep up with her speed but as time went by even though he was suppressed during the fight and was always defending his intuition was always accurate. They did not use any fancy moves as Xu Feng had yet to pick some suitable battle technique for himself . This was one of the disadvantages that Xu Feng had. Afterter sometime they both retreated and looked into each other's eyes . They could both see the shock in each other's eyes. She was surprised as she thought that she could easily defeat Xu Feng at the same level but who thought that she could only be able to suppress him and did not even leave any serious wound on his body. Xu Feng was also shocked as if it was anyone else they will never suppress him at the same cultivation level and his body refinement was almost achieving his first phoenix nirvanic body transformation so he will show up that he was invincible at the same cultivation level yet sparring with 14 proved him wrong . She did not use any fancy techniques and easily suppressed him at the same level.

'Let's go and finish our meal ' Xu Feng told her as he went to his study . He sat down at the main seat while 14 sat opposite him .He saw that she looked puzzled and could not help but smile.'Ask what you want to know,'Xu Feng said.Number 14 looked at him for a while and decided to speak."Why did you hide your cultivation base?"'Would you believe me if I told you that I did not hide it?I just recently started cultivating again.I could not progress in my cultivation because of a wound in my dantian but after healing my cultivation rose steadilyto where I am.Don't tell anyone about it,'Xu Feng answered in a serious tone since there was no need to hide it from her.He had already planned to reveal his cultivation but he did not want it to be known that his cultivation had risen so abruptly.
