The Beginning Of A New Start
Rem's Thought's: "This is it… This is where I finally start my adventure. I was expecting a hard one, but looks like Rem is lucky and she gets to have a job here."

Rem looks down to her chest and the maid outfit can't stretch enough for her breasts to have space. It's very tight…
Emilia: "Uhm, Rem? Are you sure it's alright to let your chest like that? I heard it's not very healthy to make them tight."
Rem shakes her head.
"N-no thank you, Mimilia…"
She cups her breasts, hoping the bra she was given doesn't break off.
"I don't really like showing much skin and I'm not a fan of big chests…"
Rem let's go of her breasts but she feels something snap behind her and she just covers her chest before Subaru can see, but it looks like he doesn't care at all.
"Do you need another one? Also should I call you Rem or Remura?"
Subaru said as Ram speaked right after him.
"She looks to be embarrassed thinking that you may be a pervert, which I doubt you are, but she does need another one. Also, should I call you Rem or Remura?"
Rem: "Rem, Remura. You name it. I just want a bra that doesn't hurt me."
Ram: "You should be happy about it, no other woman would have that chest size here. For me, I don't care about it, since that's not really important. Also, Remura. Can I ask you a question?"
Rem raises a brow.
"What's the question…?"
Ram looks to Subaru then to Rem.
"Actually, I'll do it later. Right now, there are much more important things to be done."
Ram looks at Subaru again.
"Barusu. If you may, can you pass me the measurement tape so I can measure her size?"
Subaru nods.
"Alright, Ramrin. Just give me a moment. Hey, Mimi. Think you can help me search?"
Emilia: "A-ah sure, Subaru! It's for Rem after all."
Subaru and Emilia went to find the measurement tape as Rem looked at Ram.
"You two really are close together, are you two siblings or something?"
Asked by Rem.

Ram shakes her head.
"Not exactly. We're not blood related.
But you can say we're close."
Rem: "W-wait! You two are in a relationship??!"
Ram: "We're not. We don't have something together, we have a mutual understanding of each other and we relate to one another. But we're not in a relationship. To be honest, I don't like Barusu to be my partner. I just like him to be there and that's all."
Rem looks to the side, scratching her head.
Ram: "Also he has a big crush on Lady Emilia, you can tell because he asked her to be with him, even though it's not necessary."
Rem looks at them searching for the tape as she hears Ram sighs and Rem looks at her.
Ram: "Looks like this is going to take a while. So I might as well ask you what I'm going to ask earlier."
Rem nods.
"Sure. Miss Ram. I'll listen."

Ram: "First of all, don't call me miss. It makes me uncomfortable. Just call me by my name."
Rem nods.
"I-I got it. Sure."
Ram: "Second of all…"

Ram closes her eyes as she sighs.
Rem doesn't know what's going to happen next, but she prepares for her question.
Ram opens her eyes, looking at Rem.
"Rem, Are you a demon?"

"D-demon?"
"Yes. A demon. Are you perhaps one? A demon, with a single horn."

Rem doesn't know what to answer to her…
She's not a demon, Rem is quite human, but she can't deny the fact that she does have a glowing single horn that comes out whenever something happens.
Ram is waiting for an answer, not moving an inch.
Rem gulps as she shrugs.
"I-I don't know! I'm a human pretty much! But I don't know what you're talking about.
I'm not a demon, nor have a single horn-
The room suddenly got windy as Rem's light horn came out and she looked around.
"W-what was that??"
Rem is still in a panic, checks on everything, while for Ram, She can't believe what she's seeing right now. After all these years… could this be the answer of her long lasting question since she was a child?
Rem after checking nothing is there, she makes the light horn disappear as she sighs.
"It was a false alarm… I wonder what was that all about…"

Ram was about to say something but Subaru came back with the measurement tape.
Emilia sends her goodbyes as she needs to prepare for the election, which Rem gave a goodbye as well.
Subaru: "Alright, we have it. We can finally continue."

Ram nods.
"Firstly, Balse. What do you notice of Rem?"
Subaru scans her as he crosses his arms.
"Well, she's very messy, she doesn't know what baths are and she has very scary looking eyes if I say so myself."
Rem: "M-my eyes are not my responsibility! I have terrible sleep schedules because of my aching back!"
Subaru passes the measurement tape to Ram as she walks to Rem.
"It's time to take your measurements, if Barusu touches you, you're going to complain to Master Roswaal, which I will not allow you to, so please stand still so I can measure you right and Balse can read it correctly."
Rem nods as she raises both arms up as Ram starts checking.
Rem upon being touched made a weird sound as Ram looked at her.
"Don't make any weird noises, or you'll turn on Barusu, which I don't appreciate."
Rem: "T-then please be gentle! I'm not used to people touching me!"
Ram: "The measurement tape didn't even touch you yet."
Rem: "L-let's just continue!"

Ram: "This is the VIP room."

Ram: "This is the bath room."

Ram: "This is the kitchen."
Ram then stands to the door.
"This is the bathroom. Where the toilet and sink are."
Rem rubs her chin.
"It is? Hmm… I wonder how big it'll be for a place like this."
Rem opens the door and she sees Beatrice holding Puck and snuggling with him on the bed, she looks happy! Until she saw Rem.

Rem looks to the side.
"Uhm… I'm guessing I shouldn't be here…"
Rem closes the door and she sits down and covers her face, screaming and blushing.
Ram: "You look pathetic when you do that."
Rem looks at her.
"I-It's very weird you consider things like snuggling in a bed normal!"
Rem gets up and opens the door again, but this time it is the toilet place.
Rem: "Huh? Where did she…"
Ram: "This is Beatrice's Door Crossing."
Rem: "Like she can connect her room to any door kind of thing…?"

Ram: "If she hides, no one can find her, not unless we open every door in the manor."

Rem's Thought's: "So far, I've opened her door once and this is the second time… If I'm lucky… this will be…"
Rem runs to that door and opens it.
"The third time!"
"Hyah!"
Beatrice was more annoyed to get interrupted again, Puck sees Rem and waves at her.
"Very impressive, Rem!"
Beatrice looks at Rem.
"You guessed it right again. You must have something that lets you find me, I suppose!'
Rem Shrugs.
"I'm not sure myself. Oh by the way. I still haven't got the chance to properly meet you. Are you Mister- or at this point, Master Roswaals little sister or something?"
Beatrice: "Sister?? Who would want to be his sister?? Hmpf."
Puck looks to Rem.
"Betty is a librarian who is in charge of Roswaal's forbidden library.
Rem: "Oh?"
Ram comes in.
"Master Roswaal is the greatest magician in the nation. There are many books here that he owns that must not be seen by others. Beatrice is in a contract to protect them."
Beatrice: "Now you know, now get out!"
The door closes right in front of Rem's face.

Ram and Rem are outside, and completing the tour.
"That should be all for the tour. Do you have any questions so far?"
Rem rubs her chin as she shakes her head.
"No. None at all."
Ram: "If that's the case, then you can start working."
Ram walked past Rem and walks to the entrance of the mansion.
"You'll be helping with my work today, Rem."
Rem: "Is that so? I won't be lonely after all."
Ram: "For today's work, there's many things needed to be done, like maintaining the front yard and garden, preparing lunch-
Ram continues to inform her rest of the things that needed to be done as Rem heard all that and feels like she can't do that all by herself, or even with someone. She feels like it's not enough.
Rem's Thought's: "Wow… I thought we were only going to do simple things, but it looks like there's more than that..."
Rem sighs as she accepts this new job she choose and she'll start right here and right now!
