~Chapter two~

In a world trying to confine nora she struggles and try her possible best to rise above all the challenges and adversity that tries to stop her,she goes extra mile in challenging the status quo,later transforming her life and that of the lives of the rejected omegas thereby giving the hopeless hope and a reason to stand out against injustice.

Nora's said to be husband is from a rich home and hated people without power he only complied with his dads rules for his own selfish interest,deep down be knew that he was going to make life a living hell for nora but not surprising,she defeated all the trials,guiding her path careful to avoid entering a trap set for her.

Maltreatment and bully is a normal thing to normal,she has become so use to it and have learned to avoid some of them.

But this time her alpha's case was one that seem so knew.handling it might be a difficult case.

Flashback:

"Hey!!,you this little brat yelled scot;an 8 years old boy who is a popular bully at nora's street back then.

*nora had always tried to avoid him but this time around,seems like the reverse is the case*

Nora still behaving like she didn't hear anything,tried walking past the boy.

The boy took it as a disrespect and angrily pushed her to the ground making her to scratch her arm on a concrete pillar beside her.

"So am talking and you tried walking past me,isn't it so,"asked the angry bully.

Nora not knowing what to do started crying instead calling out for help,because she knows that that's impossible as the boy's parents were very influential and touching him might lead to your death.

He beat her so hard,hitting her on the stomach and grabbing her by her hair making her to winch so hard.

Back to reality:

"My handsome son met your bride to be,"Edward mom said with a smile on her face hoping that her son would like nora.

"Hmm…mum she sucks,I don't like her at all and why will she come to yhe palace without dressing properly," he said while he kept a disgustful face at nora.

"Must you animals wear rags?,"he asked furiously almost at the verge of walking her out of tbe palace.

"Am sorry sir,I said,".

"But he kept quiet and removed his face from the position I was,placing it at his visitors face while he continued the discussion that he was having with them.

Nora attempted to sit down,but the prince immediately told her to stand up and used a stick to hit her right in front of his visitors and that of his mum.

"How about you enter the kitchen and be useful like you are ought to,"he scolded not caring if any of his words will hurt her.

*that day ended in sorrow but regardless,it is none of the prince concern.he still ordered her to come the next day for her wifely duties and this time around,she should dress like a normal human being.

That word really hurt nora but then who is she to oppose the king.she has to obey.Even tho she wanted to oppose,no one will support her not even her family.The society was just for the rich and powerful.

While nora walked back home,she mumbled to her self.

"How did I even find myself in such a miserable community.I just feel like taking my own life,"she said soberly with tears rolling down from her eyes.

She really was maltreated that day."how will a human being,treat another human being like this,"she asked to nobody in particular.

"Why me?,"she asked not knowing what else to do or even say.

Of course she has to obey the prince,in her society,she's expected to obey and subject to the prince and his family.

This societal rules are meant to subject them and make them obedient which is required of them by the society and they are expected to be only at the kitchen and to be perfect in there.

The women are expected not to participate in a social and cultural event and any one of them seen close to where great men or governors and his family are gathered.

Flashback

"What are you doing here woman,you should be in the kitchen helping out,"one of the guards said.

"Am sorry sir,please am looking for my son,"he went inside the crowd.

"Woman leave here now,the guards ordered,"the guard ordered while taking her out from their.

"My son!,"the woman cried allowed,attracting the attention of the men.

"Hey,you this woman,what are you doing here?,"one of the governors son asked.

Without waiting for her to explain herself,he ordered the guards to take her and torture her and after that,they should throw her to the evil forest.

They did as he instructed and as well true her into the evil forest for the wild animals to eat her up.

Thats how the burnt a woman and tortured her for coming close to were men are gathered.ever since that event happened,they women took thr law serious and always ran as fast as they could whenever they see men gathered together.

How cruel are they? One would ask but not knowing that they are more cruel than you could ever think.

This rules prevented lots of women from becoming what the really want to be.most of them died with their dreams one of this women is Mrs Sophia who got slapt during her early marriage years by her husband when she mentioned to him that she would love to be a doctor but then he got irritated and slapped her,threatening to report what she said to the great men(which is a small community which consists of aged men,middle aged men and young youths who were regarded as great leaders in the community) and of course,she knows what they are capable of doing.They might burn her alive.

Some of this women got killed while trying to be successful,some of them got rejected by their family and got banned from the village they had no other option than keeping their potentials hidden and awaiting a female hero to rise up like a phoenix to save them all and give them a say in the community and all round.But then seems like that phoenix has not been yet born or was she waiting to get trained,but then by who.

Is nora that phoenix?
