Chapter 57 : grudge

while Freya concentrated on tying the creature down with the vines, Callie materialized two katanas and slashed against the tiger's legs, she managed to cut its hind legs but instead of blood green GU flowed out, the green GU attached the tigers legs together once again.

Freya retracted her vines while the tiger glared furiously at them, the tiger stepped back and roared at them, his skin released more poison toxins into the air.

" this thing is tougher than I thought " Callie said as she clasped her had around her nose and mouth.

" its impossible to kill, it even attached his legs back, not to mention that if we keep breathing this stuff, we are gonna die " Freya said as she also clasped her hands around her face.

" hey, what ability do you have ? " Gina quickly asked Alan

" elemental user, fire to be more specific, why ? "

" I bet that this creature's poison are highly flammable, so " Gina gave a hint while Alan nodded his head in understand.

" Freya I need you to create a dome around them with your vines, and make them extra thick, I'm gonna blow this thing to bits " Alan instructed

" wait, what about you " Callie hurriedly asked.

" I'm immune to fire " he said and stepped forward looking the tiger dead in the eyes, while Freya conjured huge vines from her array which was surprisingly still strong.

All this was going on and yet astra and Dante hadn't budged a bit from their spot. Dante had become Astra's training coach, while Astra was battling as if his life depends on it, totally ignoring the whole situation . on the other hand Daniel didn't seem to care and if anything, his killing intent seemed to have intensified.

" ready ? " Alan asked as a huge ball of burning fire emerged from his right hand.

" yeah !! "

a loud explosion covered the entire dungeon, black smoke and pieces of green flesh were everywhere.

after some time the entire area seemed to have cleared a bit, Alan stood strong and sharp and like he said the fire didn't bother him in anyway, the huge dome made of vines slowly retracted themselves.

" good work everyone " Alan said as he dusted the bits of powered rock on his cloths.

" well, that was some good teamwork, excluding those two " Gina said as she pointed at Dante and Astra whom were still indulged with their game.

* chit * Freya cursed as she coughed a mouthful of blood.

" hey, are you okay " Callie asked as she helped in steadying her a bit.

" those vines took a toll on me " she said as she wiped her bloody stained lips.

" I was surprised you could still conjure those huge vines and still keep the array steady " Alan said as he helped in supporting her.

" yeah right " Daniel muttered to himself but made it very audible for everyone to hear .

" excuse me ? " Alan said with a frown , everyone's attention which was on Freya suddenly faced him, well excluding the game nerds.

" well if you knew that she couldn't handle it, why did you tell her to do it, some leader you are " Daniel said directly to his face, his intentions were as clear as water.

" at least she did something, I didn't even see you move a muscle.

" your just like your parents, you don't care about other people but yourselves, your just a wolf in sheep's clothing " Daniel said as he crossed his hands like he didn't care if he was adding fuel to burning flames.

" if you have a problem with me, tell me, don't bit around the bush " Alan said with gritted teeth's, as the temperature around him increased.

" yeah, I have a problem " Daniel had already taking a stance and the only fallback to the entire thing was that the dungeon could collapse if they were to have a serous battle.

" are they really going to fight " Callie asked while still been a support to Freya.

" they can't possibly have an all out battle in this dungeon, no doubt it will collapse, and Freya isn't in a good condition to make another dome " Gina said as a worried expression formed.

just when Alan and Daniel were about to strike at each other, two huge hands made entirely out of rock grabbed both of them.

" the hell do you think you're doing " Astra asked as he still didn't look away from his phone. once again, everyone's attention was shifted, but this time to Astra.

' how could he manipulate the earth so quickly , at his age, it should be very impossible, it takes a lot of concentration for me to even form a single array ' Freya thought as her level of respect for astra grew.

" let go of me !!!! " Daniel roared like a mad man losing his sanity, while Alan seemed to have calmed down.

" I don't know what's up with the two of you and frankly I don't care, if the two of you want to kill each other, then fine, but not here, if you do, I will kill you myself " Astra said as he became more forceful with his phone and eventually it broke.
