People who were passing by the streets peeked at her and thought maybe she had gone crazy since she was still in front of the hospital entrance, so they passed by faster and others even ran.

While enjoying herself and in her world, unknowingly time had passed when suddenly she felt a cold metal pressed on her neck, she slightly shuddered from the cold and snapped her eyes open to understand what was happening.

Her eyes roamed around the vicinity as her mind tried to digest what was going on, and she suddenly discovered that she was surrounded by many police officers while all the people who were passing along the streets earlier on had scrambled away, no wonder it was so quiet and peaceful.

She twisted her neck to see who it was but before she could make a turn, the person wrapped his left arm around her neck while his right hand pressed the cold metal on her waist stopping her from making any movements.

She gazed to the front and saw the police officers keeping their guns safely to avoid any mishaps happening. Their first priority was to make sure the hostage was safe.

"Girl, don't be afraid, we will rescue you! Just be patient... We will rescue you... " A voice could be heard trying to comfort her, but Bai Qing wasn't afraid of the sudden aggression but what baffled her was why an unlawful person would show up in the Hospital vicinities.
