The Engineering department in Xcom is operated by Engineer Dr Raymond shen country of origin unknown (Even the system has gaps) he mangers the department through his foresight and creativity to deal with problems once he sets his mind to something he won't stop at any cost! Although he does have a daughter however the Mother is unknown and for the final bit of info, the military side of Xcom operated by Central officer Bradford he is the tactical Brains of the operation! As they don't have a commander yet as no Allien craft has been discovered the council Orbital platforms they currently possess two people who have been leaders of great militaries like the leader of the 501st battalion currently governed by Master general Rex as for the others. it seems that the system can't find their records in the Xcom servers which I have no idea how the system reached!
