42 participants are in the field, and have formed teams of four to five people. Only Akira himself formed a team consisting of only two people, namely himself and Skadi.

Izuku even managed to form a team of four members, namely himself, Ochako, Hatsume, and Tokoyami.

"Careful, Skadi, don't let another boy take this opportunity to 'accidentally' touch you."

Akira looked up and saw Skadi's pretty face.

"Hoo~ You don't usually worry about me."

Skadi lowered her head and put her hand on Akira's head.

"Boys in high school are in the period when they are more horny than monkeys, there's no harm in being careful." Akira said shamelessly.

"We will start anytime now!" Midnight spread her arms with a seductive grin as the thirteen teams got into their positions and she glanced at the broadcast office with a nod.

"Let's start the countdown to this vicious clash! Three! Two! One!"

He took a deep breath before shouting, "START!"

As soon as the human cavalry race started, as Akira expected, 80% of the participants immediately rushed towards him.

"Don't fall."

Akira is not someone who acts passively, therefore he chooses to attack rather than defend.

His first target is a class 1-B student named Tetsutetsu.

With super fast movement, he jumped and arrived next to Tetsutetsu. Then, Skadi grabbed the headband on the young man's head, and tied it around her neck.

"DAMN IT!!!"

Realizing his headband had been snatched away, he couldn't help but gape. Tetsutesu vented his anger by shouting at the sky.

"You won't be able to hit me, Jirou."

Akira tilted his body to the left, then a long earlobe passed him from behind.

"Tsk, you can dodge that without even looking."

The one who sneakily attacked just now was a girl called Jirou Kyoka, a student of class 1-A, and her Quirk was [Earphone Jack].

As soon as Akira landed on the ground, 0.1 second later he had arrived in front of Jirou and Skadi grabbed the other party's headband.

"Is he really a freshman like us?"

Skadi tapped Akira's head gently and reminded them of their situation.

"I know, let's get started, Midoriya."

"Get ready!"

Izuku knew how terrifying Akira's speed was, he wouldn't be able to keep up with an opponent's speed in his current state. He unhesitatingly pressed the button in his hand, then the jetpack on his back spat out flames, and he and his teammates flew into the air.

"This is bad, Deku-kun, Nakano isn't moving as we expected."

Seeing that Akira didn't chase after them, Ochako said worriedly.

"Midoriya, what do we do next?" asked Tokoyami, who was blocking ranged attacks with his Quirk, [Dark Shadow].

"First, let's collect the headbands from the other teams. We can't match Nakano's speed. With Hatsume's support equipment, we should be able to do it."

As the leader of this team, Izuku formulates a plan.

"Okay."

Ochako and Tokoyami didn't mind the plan, both of them realized that it was impossible to beat Akira in terms of speed.

Third Cosmic Speed was not easily surpassed.

"We have to land!" Ochako called out before their feet, except for Izuku's, hit the ground again with the help of the boots Hatsume had created that she was wearing.

"How do you like my precious baby?!" Hatsume gave Izuku a crooked grin.

"Tell me they are cute! I can make 'cute' just like any other feature!"

"With this, our maneuverability is perfect!" Izuku smiled and stuttered a little:

"Y-Your cute baby is amazing, Hatsume!"

"Correct!" Hatsume's grin grew wider as Izuku complimented the baby.

"Only because I made floating happen…" Ochako grumbled in annoyance, feeling weird about the whole interaction between Izuku and Hatsume.

On the other hand...

Akira attacked indiscriminately, whether it was a class 1-B student, a Support Department student, or his own classmate. He unhesitatingly targeted them, and Skadi snatched their headbands.

Because his speed was unmatched, not a single attack could even touch his clothes.

Even though this team consisted of Akira and Skadi, as well as being the main target of all the other participants. In fact, both of them were MPVs in this human cavalry race.

Bakugo always screams aggressively to beat Akira, but he can't do anything when facing his opponent.

As for Todoroki, who declared he wanted to beat Akira, he could only put up a bit of resistance before his ice wall was shattered by Akira's kick, and Skadi snatched his headband.

"Time is running out! Well, now let's count down, everyone!"

Present Mic's announcement made the team that had lost their headband go wild and attack the other team that still had the headband.

They realized there was no point in targeting Akira and Skadi, therefore neither team attacked at the last minute and focused on targeting the weaker teams.

"10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 0!"

"TIME UP!"

"Whoo-hoo!" Present Mic clapped wildly as the chaotic game ended.

"What a game! Let's see who the top five teams are now!"

He glanced at the scoreboard and said, "On 1st place, Team Nakano! In second place, Team Bakugo! In third place, Team Todoroki! In fourth place, Team Kendo! Fifth place, Team Midoriya?"

He blinked rapidly, "Whoa! Team Midoriya?!"

Present Mic paused to laugh.

"These five teams will proceed to the final event!"
