Lord of the Mysteries

Klein observed the floating system panel, thinking of his next course of actions, as he was waiting for Eytora's decision.

As for the matters of Tingen, everything was under control, but he was also giving Nighthawks a chance to uncover the latent dangers on Lavenus.

Today is the third day he's been in this world. Klein encountered too many events in this short span of time.

His first wish was transforming to The Fool, while his second was the whole history of this world, strengthening his Fog of History and The Fool's divine powers.

Using Concealment and Irregularity, he's practically unbeatable, however he has so many things to do as a divine being and as a brother who has his own family.

After further contemplation, he decided to become The Door and deal with Bethel Abraham's corruption.

It would be an easy feat but in exchange, his existence would be more obvious to the true gods. They would seek me out.

'Sigh. Things are going too fast! Is this what it feels to be an unrestrained overpowered character?' Klein lampooned, inwardly laughing at himself.

"Ace, Antigonus." Klein stared at the two, his calm voice reverberating in the Sefirah Castle.

"We await your orders, Your Excellency." Ace and Antigonus bowed, curious as to what 'He' was planning.

"Guard my sister and elder brother while I sleep for a few hours." Klein calmly said.

Sleep? Ace and Antigonus looked confused, before they heard 'His' words.

"I will forcefully become The Door. I expect you two to guard my family properly." Klein smiled before continuing, "Afterwards, there are some plans I need you two to put in action."

Ace and Antigonus understood Klein's intent. It was a form of trust to them as 'He' was giving them a very important mission despite its simplicity.

"Your Excellency, forgive me for asking, why do you need The Door's pathway?" Antigonus was a very carefree person, asking Klein respectfully to satiate his curiosity.

Klein smiled, thinking that, 'If the next gathering happened with Antigonus on board, the Tarot Club members will learn a lot of things for free. Well, that makes things more interesting for me…'

"Recite my honorific name, Antigonus."

"As you will, Your Excellency." Antigonus smiled back and seriously prayed, closing his eyes.

"The mighty ruler of Irregularity and Concealment above the Spirit World."

"He who wields the power of Origin and End, overruling Fate, Destiny, Disorder, and Chaos."

"The Lord of Everything."

Finishing his prayer, Antigonus felt cleansed and pure, his eyes flashing with obvious reverence.

"The Door points to the Cosmos which is equivalent to Chaos." Ace muttered under his breath.

Klein nodded, "Although that is one way of looking at it, it's more of a requirement to fully become the Lord of Mysteries."

"Yes, I do not need to become a Pillar since my strength exceeds it. Think of it as a way of fulfilling one's wish."

Klein looked at the two with his eyes filled with unconcealed excitement. He was truly eager to become The Door!

Nodding at his two Attendants, sending them to guard his family properly, he willed his Irregularity to form a seal.

The seal looked like an imperial decree, hovering about in the Sefirah Castle, oozing with tremendous and frightful energy.

Inside Melissa's and Benson's Mind Space, such imperial decree was also floating! Continuously protecting them from harm!

Klein spectated the magical scene with an acknowledging gaze, his gaze finally landing again on the system panel.

"I wish to become… The Door."

As he said those words, golden spots of light congealed from his body, forming a golden cocoon.

His transformation had begun, the moment he woke up, he had already become The Door! Making Klein closer to the Lord of the Mysteries pathway.

In all actuality, Klein could just wish to become the Lord of the Mysteries, but he still chose to do it one step at a time.

Klein had his plans and it involved the Western Continent, carefully threading before heading in a single sweep.

…

Zaratul looked at the dilapidated city from afar, slowly walking towards the edge of Forsaken Land of Gods to accomplish his mission.

He wandered with a lantern, his gaze focused on the people with deformed heads and abnormal conditions in their body.

Allan, Moon City's resident, along with his team, was exploring the 'darkness' as per usual, before he saw a faint light amidst the night.

"Hey guys, do you see that?"

Pointing his fingers on the light, the others reacted and saw it as well. Their gaze turned cautious and excited.

It was the first time they had encountered such a scene, a possibility that there are people outside the Moon City!

As the figure neared, Allan and his team finally caught sight of this wanderer. He was an old man with a long white beard, on his hands a sturdy lantern.

They had never seen a lantern that can produce so much light! Allan was excited before calming down, his gaze suspiciously looking at the old man.

"Are you people of the Moon City?" Antigonus had long seen them, amiably smiling at these people who were chosen by the Lord to become his first believers!

"Y-yes." They did not expect the old man to know their city! "And you are?"

"I am here to fulfill my Lord's decree." Antigonus seriously said, his eyes flashing in reverence.

Shaken by the old man's reverie, the others fell silent, before they saw the old man continue his journey.

Antigonus kept walking slowly, not using his powers as an angel. He was still in the process of turning into a King of Angels.

Before long, he had arrived before the endless gray fog with excitement. This is one of the Lord's domains!

He looked at the residents of Moon City who had followed him here, as they were curious of what he was planning to do.

Smiling, Antigonus pulled out different ingredients for a ritual and began placing an altar before the endless gray fog.

"What is he planning to do?" Allan and his team looked at Antigonus who was attempting a ritual.

Before long, they heard it. The contents of those words made them all shudder in awe and reverence.

"The mighty ruler of Irregularity and Concealment above the Spirit World."

"He who wields the power of Origin and End, overruling Fate, Destiny, Disorder, and Chaos."

"The Lord of Everything."

Antigonus had not even finished his prayers, before the endless gray fog began boiling, swaying in response.

Allan and his team saw it, they were shocked, as one of them hurriedly ran to the city to let the Elders of Moon City know!

"Your Attendant prays to Your Excellency."

Antigonus' angel wings involuntarily revealed themselves, his sixteen angel wings fluttering, four of the wings still translucent.

Allan looked on blankly, his thoughts turning into a stop before a word formed in his mind, an actual angel!

"I pray to the Lord to show the door! The door of hope and light!"

"I pray to the Lord to open the Western Continent!"

Rumble!

The endless gray fog began vibrating, as 'Their' gazes instantly landed on Antigonus' body.

Allan and his team looked at the endless gray fog, glancing at the angel. In a few seconds, they saw three figures appearing beside them.

These figures stared at the endless gray fog with solemn expression before their gaze landed on the sixteen angel wings in Antigonus' back.

Grayish white fog suddenly converged in the endless gray fog, forming a translucent door. It turned clearer every second, oozing out an energy that calmed people.

The door slowly opened before an extremely beautiful lady with crimson eyes and white hair stepped out, her hands grasping a formless item, a mere gaze at her showed her holiness.

Eytora, Sequence 0: The Hermit!

A true god had appeared!

Antigonus bowed in respect to 'Her', showing his happiness of accomplishing one of his missions properly. It was to temporarily open the door for 'Her'.

Casting her gaze at Antigonus, 'She' nodded, before 'Her' figure turned faint, directly teleporting to the Sefirah Castle.

Antigonus and Moon City's residents saw the door rapidly disappear, as the endless gray fog turned calm.

Standing up from kneeling, Antigonus cast his gaze on the residents of Moon City, a smile floating on his face.

…

When Antigonus was praying to Klein, the endless gray fog made a commotion so big it attracted every formidable existence, either they are true gods or Outer Deities.

When 'Their' gazes landed on Antigonus' body, seeking out answers for this event, it had backlash on 'Them'.

'Their' vision warped, landing on a mysterious figure obscured by golden hue, a greenish-blue sphere levitating on 'His' hands. This mighty existence seemingly muttered a word.

"Scram."

Booom!

Every existence felt the terrifying undulation of energy in the whole universe, as a piece of knowledge appeared in 'Their' minds.

It was that mysterious existence's honorific name. This knowledge was obtained because 'They' casted their gaze onto 'Him'.

"The mighty ruler of Irregularity and Concealment above the Spirit World."

"He who wields the power of Origin and End, overruling Fate, Destiny, Disorder, and Chaos."

"The Lord of Everything."

…

Klein looked at Eytora calmly, his gaze glancing on the system panel.

<<[Abilities] Nil>>

<<[Status] Concealed, Irregularity>>

Four days had already passed since he initiated his evolution to become The Door, each day forcefully occupying the corresponding pathways.

And today, he had opened the door to the Western Continent from the Forsaken Land of Gods, to fulfill his promise with Eytora.

But he only temporarily opened it, as he planned to assimilate the Chaos Sea first before connecting the Western Continent to the rest of the world.

His wish for today was the ownership of the Chaos Sea. It had already been brought under his control.

But he couldn't use it properly because he lacked the power from the corresponding pathways, only by willing his Irregularity could he wield its power.

Klein calmly smiled at Eytora, delighted by the sight of this extremely beautiful lady.

Saturday, the sixth day after Klein's reincarnation, he had obtained a true god subordinate!

Nodding at Eytora who looked at him calmly by his side, he descended to the real world.

It was Saturday as Klein already had plans with Benson and Melissa to pick a new villa and move out!
