Chapter 4: On my way...love

My eyes were obscured by the bright sunlight through the window...Every day is a new day when it comes to life...I opened my eyes. Rubbing my eyes, I walked towards the big window next to my bed to open it.When I open the window,the wind blowing with the smell of the clean environment blew through every strand of my hair

'...maybe today won't be the day which is too bad...hopefully...'I thought in my mind while breathing the fresh air.

Before I could take off my clothes to take a shower, three knocks were heard in front of my room door.

*KNOKE KNOKE KNOKE

When I opened the door, I saw four maids and one of them was the cute maid who helped me lead the way to the training ground yesterday.

"We are maids sent by His Majesty, The Demon Lord Alazuir to help Sir Freya dressing up. Clothes have also been prepared by His Majesty himself" Said the maid with a firm tone.

"Come in." I spoke in a cold tone.

"Before we start,it's a pleasure to meet you, Sir Freya. I'm Amy and I'm the head maid at this main palace." said the maid who wore glasses and looked in her early 30s with a polite smile.

"Good to meet you...I'm Edria"

"Good to meet you...l'm Endryn" They said. They seem to be twins and both have blue hair.

"It's a pleasure to meet you again, Sir Freya...my name is Yuqi" She said with a sweet smile.

After they introduced themselves...they continued their work.Amy then took off my sleeping robe...I just let them do what they should because I didn't want to waste their time.While Amy took care of me,Endria and Endryn prepared me my bath water.

After the bath water was available, I was guided by the four maids to go into the bathroom.

"The others can wait outside, only Yuqi is enough to help me shower" I gave them instructions with a monotone voice.

Then the other three maids leave us alone.Only Yuqi and I stayed in the bathroom. Then I opened my bath robe lazily and got into the bathtub filled with the flower-scented water. The scar from the fight on my back could be seen.Jenny looked surprised with a redish face but then returned to her professional mood.

"I-if there is anything you need Sir Freya, you can tell me" said Yuqi to me.

"hahahaha..." I laught to broke the tension in the bathroom.

"You don't have to worry Yuqi haha...it's not like I'm going to do anything to you" I said comforting Yuqi who was nervous just now.

Yuqi could only stand there with shy looking could be seen on her face.

'Maybe I've overdone it...' I thought for a moment.

After finishing soaking I stood up from the bath tub and walk toward in front of Yuqi.She seemed stunned to see my naked body. Then she woke up from her thoughts and proceeded to put the bath robe on my body quickly.

I was then fitted by the four maids with a knight's formal dress. The formal dress looked no less like a tuxedo in my previous life. The dress was black and had various medals and many small pin symbolizing the achievement of a knight attached to the left side of the chest. With a little decoration gold and white as the line of the shirt.After putting on that clothe and tie my hair in simple ponytail style,the four maids were very impressed with my good looks.They looked at me for quite a long time.

I then went with Lucifer the cute butler to the meeting room for a meeting with The Demon Lord Alazuir.We stopped in front of a big door.

"Captain Freya has arrived!" shouted the man standing in front of the door.

The door then opened... The Demon Lord Alazuir O Zinir was seen sitting on his throne.I walked then knelt in front of him

"Pleasure to see you again, His Majesty." I said with my head down.

"You can stand up. As you were informed, you are here for a purpose." He said while looking at me and proceed straight to the point.

"I want you to go to The Kingdom of Sun to escort my daughter Violet back to her homeland. I believe in your strength to bring her here safely" He said again but this time with a smile.

"Okay, I'll move and pick her up there immediately" I answered without thinking.

Then I went out of the room and started preparing to go to The Kingdom of Sun immediately. I didn't want to be killed by that handsome old man...

I put on full armor and then riding a big black horse to The kingdom of Sun, I thought while looking at the map..

'Looks like this is going to be a long journey for me...'

After overcoming various obstacles such as rainy weather and some bandits, I finally arrived in front of the wall to enter The Kingdom of Sun.The bandit who attacked me didn't even dare to attack me after seeing my face behind my face shield.Before entering there was a long line to confirm one's eligibility to enter.

After a long line... finally it's my turn.

"Show me your ID card!" said the man looking at me as he let out a scary aura.

But strangely I didn't feel anything at all. Maybe it showed how powerfull I was because I didn't feel any fear even after the royalty gatekeeper let out his aura.

I then showed a golden black card as a symbol that I was a messenger from royalty. He then apologized and told me to come in immediately while stuttering maybe feeling that he just did something really bad.I just ignored him and went inside.

After entering and melitizing the dark tunnel, my eyes opened wide when I saw the atmosphere there.Children are seen running and playing happily. Also,a happy family scene is seen everywhere. I am speechless and can only guess why this kingdom is called The Kingdom of Sun.

In my previous life I could only seen darkness everywhere especially after my mother died.The feeling I felt at that time was as if I had been betrayed by the person I trusted the most. I could feel stressed, depressed and confused. For me, it was the same as if I was ready to take my own life at any moment.

"Why does this have to happen to me" I once asked myself while tears could be seen on my cheeks.

The feeling of feeling useless suddenly appeared in my mind as I wiped away my tears that time. After pondering for a while remembering the past I snap out of my thoughts, I continued my journey to the main palace of The Kingdom of The Sun again...

*sigh

"I must find this so called Princess Violet soon so I can have a relaxing day at my comfy bed again..." I said to myself with a little smile on my face.
