Chapter 2: Eva (Edited}

I woke up covered in sweat, there was vomit on the floor, and my clothes were stuck to my body due to the amount I sweated. God these things were uncomfortable, I have memories of living in these due to transmigrating but these things don't even compare to the modem clothes we have back in my old world...I sighed, I got a bit homesick there.

I just hope my family is happy.

Anyway enough thinking about home let's check it out. I closed my eyes and starting to pacing my breathing. In time I saw blue branching pathways, it looked like a giant tree branching away. 'Hey Eva is their a way for me speed up the rate of absorption?' I asked my system I didn't want to sit around seriously this way too fucking boring!

[Yes there are many methods, you could buy qi gathering pill, or buy book on runes and create a gathering formation or simply kill multiple martial beasts and absorb the energy in their blood and flesh.]

'So I should hunt them, and eat them?'

[Yes but I would suggest you cook the meat with spices, as everything in this world contain a bit martial qi.]

'But I don't have any spices. That and if I were go to buy some, I bet people from other clans including my own would steal my money due to my current title as the Len clans trash. Don't I have an inventory?'

'God dammit I guess I'll have to catch a martial beast. Wait how much is it from the book on runes.'

I then threw all my current skill points into runes and a well spring of information came to my head. And holy shit this is op well once I reach higher cultivation realms.

I then concentrated all my current martial qi into the brush, people below martial disciple cannot emit martial qi yet but they can channel it. I wrote the runes for gather and qi, it was a bit crude but thanks to my level 20 mastery in runes I was sucking up martial qi uncontrollably though it was bit faster.

I meditated again once more and I began to drawing energy along with the rune slightly below my chest. With my current speed I should reach Foundation Realm in a day or two maybe after few hours.
