well after his death due to some luck he fuse with death note book whose shinigami later died due some reason.

after fusion his soul had free from cycle of rebirth so he stayed in Naruto verse for many year watching his wife and strengthening his soul.

(after making body in DxD verse)

which have power to see name any body and life

remaining.

6) unkillable (immortal) with instant regeneration.
