Archer paused.
There was a hint of hostility in his eyes. He turned to look at Amy and said, "Of course, I remember."
"But you're not looking for her anymore, are you? You plan to let it pass even though she may still be alive in this world?" Amy continued.
"It's none of your business." Archer looked at her coldly.
"But that's also my father. How could I..." Amy's words were stuck in her throat.
She looked in horror at Archer and his hand on her neck.
Archer grabbed her neck but didn't use much force. With his strength, he could make her silent immediately.
"I don't want to repeat what I said," Archer stressed each word.
Amy was terrified and trembling uncontrollably. She said, "Okay. Okay, I get it., I won't mention it anymore."
The corner of Archer's mouth twitched. He released her neck and went upstairs.
Amy's legs went limp. She collapsed to the ground and panted for a while, covering her neck.
